모두 디데이 개인정보처리방침

1. 처리하는 항목

• 로그인하지 않고 쓸 때: 앱이 스스로 기기 밖으로 보내는 정보가 없습니다(광고는 8칸). 디데이 만들기와 날짜 세기, 음력 계산, 다가오는 날, 알림, 설정은 모두 기기 안에서 동작합니다.
• 모두 ID로 로그인하면: 로그인은 고를 수 있고, 하지 않아도 모든 기능을 씁니다. 로그인은 기기의 브라우저 창에서 하고, 이 앱에는 가입 화면도 비밀번호 칸도 없습니다. 로그인이 끝나면 앱은 모두 ID 에서 그 사람의 회원 번호, 아이디, 이메일 주소를 전달받습니다. 기기에는 회원 번호와 아이디만 적어 둡니다. 이메일 주소는 적지 않습니다. 모두 ID 가 준 로그인 확인 값(토큰)은 누구인지 묻는 데 한 번 쓰고 기기에 두지 않습니다. 이 판의 앱은 본체(modoo.io)에 아무것도 보내지 않습니다. 로그인해도 디데이는 이 기기에 있고, 모두의 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 계정을 바꾼 것을 알아보려고, 이 기기에서 전에 로그인했던 회원 번호를 기기에 남깁니다(이름이나 이메일이 아닌 번호). 「이 기기의 디데이 모두 지우기」로 디데이를 지우면 이 번호도 지웁니다.
• 기기에 두는 것: 디데이(이름, 날짜, 양력인지 음력인지, 세는 법, 되풀이, 갈래, 표시 단위, 맨 위 고정, 잠금 화면과 알림에서 이름 가리기, 알림을 받는지, 목록에서의 자리, 고친 때, 휴지통으로 옮긴 때), 설정(화면 언어, 밝은 화면과 어두운 화면, 새 디데이의 세는 법, 알림을 받는지와 알림 시각, 알림줄이나 앱 아이콘 배지에 둘 디데이, 목록 차례, 보일 관습, 나이 세는 법), 만들거나 고치다가 그만둔 화면에 넣어 둔 내용(이름, 날짜, 고른 것 — 저장하거나 「버리기」를 누르면 지웁니다), 로그인했다면 회원 번호와 아이디, 디데이마다 고른 배경 사진 한 장(사람이 기기의 사진 고르기 창에서 고른 것만 — 앱이 다시 저장하며 찍은 곳(위치) · 찍은 기기 · 찍은 때 같은 정보를 지우고, 긴 변을 2048 픽셀 안으로 줄입니다). Android 에서는 홈 화면 위젯이 읽는 표(목록 맨 위 디데이 몇 개의 이름, 남은 날, 날짜 — 이름을 가린 디데이는 이름 대신 「챙길 날」)도 앱 전용 저장소에 둡니다. 알림을 켜면 디데이의 이름과 남은 날을 기기의 알림 일정에 걸어 둡니다. 이름을 가린 디데이는 이름 대신 「챙길 날」로 겁니다. 메모 칸은 없습니다. 배경 사진은 앱 전용 저장소에 두고 모두의 서버로 보내지 않으며, 「파일로 내보내기」의 파일과 위젯에는 넣지 않습니다.
• 내보내기와 들이기: 사람이 설정에서 「파일로 내보내기」를 누를 때만, 이 기기의 디데이(휴지통에 있는 것은 빼고)를 파일 두 개(다시 들일 수 있는 파일과 사람이 읽는 글 파일)로 만들어 기기의 공유 창에 넘깁니다. 어디에 둘지(파일, 드라이브, 메일 등)는 그 사람이 고르고, 앱은 모두의 서버에 올리지 않습니다. 파일에는 암호가 없고 디데이의 이름과 날짜가 그대로 들어 있습니다(설정의 그 줄 아래에 적어 둡니다). 설정과 회원 번호는 파일에 넣지 않습니다. 로그인하지 않아도, 돈을 내지 않아도 씁니다. 「파일에서 들이기」는 그 사람이 고른 파일의 디데이를 이 기기의 디데이에 합칩니다. 이 기기의 디데이는 지우지 않습니다.
• 광고: 첫 공개 판부터 광고 사업자(Google)가 앱 안의 광고 도구(SDK)로 자동 수집할 수 있는 정보가 있습니다(8칸).

2. 처리 목적

이 판에서 로그인은 누가 로그인했는지를 설정에 보이는 데만 씁니다. 디데이를 계정과 잇거나 올리지 않습니다. 광고, 통계, 맞춤 추천에 쓰지 않습니다. 디데이의 이름과 날짜를 읽거나 분석하지 않습니다.

3. 보유 기간

• 기기의 디데이와 설정: 사람이 지우거나 앱을 지울 때까지.
• 휴지통으로 옮긴 디데이: 30일이 지나면 아주 지웁니다(앱을 켤 때, 앱으로 돌아올 때, 켜 둔 채 날이 바뀔 때 걷습니다). 그 전에 되살리거나 「휴지통 비우기」로 바로 지울 수 있습니다.
• 배경 사진: 사람이 「사진 빼기」를 하고 저장하거나 그 디데이를 아주 지울 때(휴지통 비우기 · 30일 뒤)까지. 휴지통에 있는 동안은 두고, 되살리면 그대로 돌아옵니다. 고르고 아직 저장하지 않은 사진은 쓰다 만 내용과 함께 두었다가 저장하거나 「버리기」를 누를 때 정리하고, 쓰다 만 내용도 디데이도 없으면 다음에 앱을 켤 때 지웁니다. 고른 원본을 앱으로 베낀 임시 사본은 줄인 바로 뒤 지웁니다.
• 기기의 회원 번호 · 아이디: 로그아웃하면 지웁니다. 전에 로그인했던 회원 번호는 디데이를 모두 지울 때(또는 앱을 지울 때) 지웁니다.
• 계정에 올린 기록: 이 판에는 없습니다.
• 내보낸 파일: 앱이 만든 사본은 앱 안의 임시 폴더에만 둡니다. 다시 내보낼 때와 「이 기기의 디데이 모두 지우기」 때 지우고, 하루 넘게 묵은 사본은 앱을 열 때 지웁니다. 들이려고 고른 파일의 사본은 읽은 바로 뒤 지웁니다. 사람이 보낸 곳의 파일은 그 사람이 관리합니다.

5. 처리 위탁

이 앱은 따로 서버를 두지 않습니다. 로그인은 모두 ID(mid.modoo.io)가 맡고, 그 처리는 모두 공통 방침을 따릅니다. 광고 사업자(Google)가 앱 안의 광고 도구로 수집하는 정보는 회사가 맡기는 처리가 아니어서 여기에 넣지 않습니다(8칸).

7. 쿠키 · 기기 저장소 · 기기 권한

• 쿠키: 앱은 쓰지 않습니다. 로그인 창은 기기의 브라우저가 띄우며, 그 창의 쿠키는 모두 ID 의 것입니다.
• 기기 저장소: 디데이와 설정은 앱 전용 저장소의 파일에 둡니다. 그 파일을 읽지 못하게 됐을 때 되살릴 수 있도록 바로 앞에 저장한 판을 같은 저장소에 한 벌 더 둡니다(저장할 때마다 바뀝니다). 배경 사진은 같은 저장소의 사진 폴더에 둡니다. 기기의 보안 저장소(아이폰 키체인, Android 키스토어)에는 이 판이 아무것도 두지 않습니다. 기기의 백업(iCloud 백업, Android 자동 백업)을 켜 두면 운영체제가 앱의 디데이와 설정을 그 사람의 백업에 넣을 수 있습니다. 앱이 보내는 것이 아닙니다. 배경 사진은 Android 의 클라우드 백업(Google 백업)에서 뺍니다(기기에서 기기로 바로 옮기는 기능에는 함께 갈 수 있습니다). iPhone 의 기기 백업에는 배경 사진도 들어갈 수 있습니다.
• 기기 권한: 알림(알림을 켤 때 묻습니다)과 인터넷(로그인 · 광고)을 씁니다. Android 에서는 기기를 다시 켠 뒤 알림을 다시 거는 권한과 알림의 진동 권한, 그리고 광고 SDK(Google AdMob)가 더하는 네트워크 상태 확인, 광고 ID(AD_ID), Android 광고 서비스(ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID · ATTRIBUTION · TOPICS), 기기 깨움 유지(WAKE_LOCK), 포그라운드 서비스(FOREGROUND_SERVICE — SDK 안쪽 작업) 권한이 더 있으며, 모두 따로 묻지 않는 권한입니다. 위치, 카메라, 마이크, 연락처는 쓰지 않습니다. 광고 식별자는 iPhone · iPad에서 쓰지 않고(추적 허용 창을 띄우지 않습니다), Android에서는 광고 SDK가 광고 ID를 씁니다(8칸). 배경 사진은 기기의 사진 고르기 창(iPhone 의 사진 선택기 · Android 의 사진 선택 도구)에서 사람이 고른 한 장만 받으며, 사진 보관함을 보는 권한을 묻지 않습니다. 내보내기와 들이기는 기기의 공유 창과 파일 고르기 창을 쓰며, 이를 위해 따로 권한을 묻지 않습니다.

8. 광고

첫 공개 판부터 Google AdMob의 앱 오픈 광고 하나만 싣습니다 — 자주 쓰는 분께만(앱을 깐 지 7일이 지나고 연 날이 5일을 넘은 뒤), 30분 넘게 나갔다가 앱으로 돌아올 때 하루에 한 번. 처음 며칠은 광고가 없고, 디데이를 만들거나 고치는 중에는 보이지 않습니다. 자체 홍보 광고와 보상형 광고는 첫 판에 없고, 이용 통계 도구, 오류 수집 도구는 넣지 않았으며, 이 판에는 결제 · 구독이 없습니다.

• 광고 사업자: Google LLC(Google AdMob) — 앱을 켤 때 하루 한 번까지 보이는 광고를 고르고 보입니다.
• 앱이 하는 일: 이 앱을 처음 센 때, 앱을 연 날의 수, 마지막으로 앱을 나간 때, 광고를 보인 날을 이 기기 안에서만 세어 광고를 보일지 정합니다. 앱은 이 수를 어디로도 보내지 않으며(회사로도 보내지 않습니다), 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다. 디데이의 이름과 날짜는 광고 요청에 싣지 않습니다.
• 광고 사업자가 앱 안의 광고 도구(SDK)로 자동 수집할 수 있는 것: 기기의 광고 ID(Android), IP 주소(대략적인 위치), 기기와 앱 정보, 광고 노출과 클릭, 광고 도구의 진단 · 비정상 종료 정보. iPhone · iPad에서는 앱이 추적 허용을 묻지 않아 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 쓰지 않습니다.
• 목적: 광고를 보이고, 광고 성과를 재고, 부정 클릭을 막습니다. 동의와 지역에 따라 맞춤형 광고에도 씁니다.
• 누가 받나 · 보유 기간: Google이 자기 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리하고 보관합니다. 회사는 이 정보를 받지 않습니다.
• 동의(유럽 경제 지역 · 영국 · 스위스): 이 지역의 이용자에게는 Google의 동의 창(UMP)을 먼저 보이고, 그 단계를 마친 뒤에만 광고를 청합니다. 동의하지 않으면 맞춤이 아닌 광고(이 앱 · 대략의 위치 · 시간 같은 값으로 고름)가 보이며, 고른 것에 따라 광고가 더 제한될 수 있습니다.
• 거부 · 바꾸는 길: Android: 기기 설정 › Google › 광고에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다. 유럽 경제 지역 · 영국 · 스위스: 앱 설정의 「개인정보 · 광고 선택」(이 지역에서만 보입니다)에서 고른 것을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 앱 설정의 「이 광고가 왜 보이나요」에서 광고를 고르는 방법을 읽고, 「광고 신고」로 알릴 수 있습니다.
• 더 보기: Google 개인정보처리방침(https://policies.google.com/privacy) · Google이 광고를 고르는 방법(https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads) · Google이 자기 서비스를 쓰는 앱에서 받은 정보를 쓰는 방법(https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).

이 칸은 앱 안에 자동 수집 장치(광고 SDK)를 두고 운영하는 것과 그것을 거부하는 방법을 알리는 것입니다(개인정보 보호법 제30조 제1항 제7호). 회사가 Google에 정보를 넘기거나 처리를 맡기는 것이 아니어서 5칸(처리 위탁)과 6칸(국외 이전)에는 넣지 않았습니다.

9. 지우는 길

• 디데이 하나: 그 디데이의 화면 아래 「휴지통으로」. 30일 동안 설정의 「휴지통」에 있고 「되살리기」로 돌아옵니다. 옮긴 바로 뒤에는 「되돌리기」로도 돌아옵니다.
• 배경 사진: 고치기 화면의 「사진 빼기」를 누르고 저장합니다. 디데이를 아주 지우면(휴지통 비우기 · 30일 뒤) 그 디데이의 사진도 지웁니다.
• 휴지통의 디데이: 「휴지통 비우기」(아주 지웁니다 · 되돌릴 수 없습니다 · 앞에 저장한 판에서도 지웁니다). 그대로 두면 30일이 지난 뒤 지웁니다.
• 기기의 디데이 전부: 설정의 「이 기기의 디데이 모두 지우기」(휴지통까지 아주 지웁니다 · 앱에서는 되돌릴 수 없습니다 · 쓰다 만 내용과 전에 로그인했던 회원 번호, 앱 안에 남은 내보낸 사본, 앞에 저장한 판, 읽지 못해 따로 둔 파일, 배경 사진(저장하지 않은 것과 임시 사본까지)도 지우고 위젯이 읽는 표도 비웁니다 · 로그인은 그대로), 또는 앱을 지웁니다.
• 읽지 못한 기록 파일: 앱이 기록 파일을 읽지 못하면 그 파일을 지우거나 덮어쓰지 않습니다. 기기가 파일을 읽어 주지 못한 때에는 「다시 읽기」만 보입니다. 파일이 깨진 때에는 「전에 저장한 것으로 되살리기」(되살릴 판이 있을 때만 보입니다)나 「새로 시작하기」를 고를 수 있고, 그러면 읽지 못한 파일은(새로 시작할 때는 바로 앞에 저장한 판도) 앱 전용 저장소 안에 따로 둡니다. 따로 둔 파일은 설정의 「따로 둔 파일」에서 그대로 꺼낼 수 있고, 「이 기기의 디데이 모두 지우기」를 하거나 앱을 지울 때 지웁니다. 「이 파일 그대로 내보내기」나 「따로 둔 파일」로 꺼낸 파일에는 디데이와 설정, 쓰다 만 내용이 그대로 들어 있고(로그인했다면 회원 번호와 아이디도), 그 사람이 보낸 곳에서 그 사람이 관리합니다.
• 내보낸 파일: 그 사람이 보낸 곳(파일, 드라이브, 메일 등)에서 그 사람이 지웁니다. 앱 안에 남은 사본은 위의 「이 기기의 디데이 모두 지우기」나 다시 내보내기로 지워지고, 그대로 두어도 하루가 지난 뒤 앱을 열 때 지워집니다.
• 계정에 올린 기록: 이 판에는 없습니다.
• 모두 ID: 로그인한 사람의 설정에 있는 「모두 ID 탈퇴」가 기기의 브라우저로 https://modoo.io/user/withdraw 를 엽니다. 모두의 다른 앱도 함께 쓰는 계정입니다. 탈퇴해도 이 기기의 디데이는 지우지 않습니다.

앱에서 지운 기록은 앱에서 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 다만 기기 백업(Android 의 Google 백업 · iPhone 의 iCloud 백업)을 켜 두었고 지우기 전에 백업이 만들어졌다면, 앱을 다시 설치하거나 기기를 그 백업으로 되살릴 때 지운 기록이 돌아올 수 있습니다. 지운 뒤에 만들어진 백업에는 지운 기록이 담기지 않습니다. 기기 백업은 이용자의 Google · Apple 계정에 암호화되어 저장되며, 회사는 그 백업에 접근하지 못합니다. 기기 백업은 기기의 설정에서 끄거나 지울 수 있습니다 — iPhone: 설정 → Apple 계정 → iCloud → 백업 → 모두 디데이 끄기 · Android: 설정 → Google → 백업(기기에 따라 메뉴 이름이 조금 다를 수 있습니다).

1. Items processed

• When you use the app without signing in: The app sends no information off your device on its own (for ads, see section 8). Creating D-Days and counting days, lunar calendar calculation, upcoming days, reminders and settings all work on the device.
• If you sign in with Modoo ID: Signing in is optional, and every feature works without it. You sign in in your device's browser window; this app has no sign-up screen and no password field. When sign-in completes, the app receives your member number, username and email address from Modoo ID. Only the member number and username are written to the device. The email address is not written. The sign-in confirmation value (token) issued by Modoo ID is used once to ask who you are and is not kept on the device. This version of the app sends nothing to the main service (modoo.io). Even when you sign in, your D-Days are on this device and are not sent to Modoo's servers. To notice that the account has changed, the app keeps on the device the member number that previously signed in on this device (a number, not a name or an email address). When you delete your D-Days with “Delete all D-Days on this device”, this number is deleted too.
• What is kept on the device: D-Days (name, date, whether the date is solar or lunar, counting method, repetition, category, display unit, pinned to the top, hiding the name on the lock screen and in notifications, whether reminders are on, position in the list, time edited, time moved to the trash), settings (screen language, light or dark screen, counting method for new D-Days, whether reminders are on and the reminder time, the D-Day to keep in the notification area or on the app icon badge, list order, customs shown, how age is counted), what you had entered on a screen for creating or editing a D-Day that you left without finishing (name, date, the options you chose — deleted when you save or press “Discard”), if you signed in, the member number and username, and one background photo chosen for each D-Day (only a photo you pick in the device's photo picker — when saving it again the app removes information such as where it was taken (location), the device that took it and when it was taken, and shrinks it so that the long side is within 2,048 pixels). On Android, the table that the Home screen widget reads (the name, days remaining and date of the few D-Days at the top of the list — a D-Day whose name is hidden appears as “A day to remember” instead of its name) is also kept in the app's private storage. If you turn reminders on, the name of each D-Day and the days remaining are placed in the device's notification schedule. A D-Day whose name is hidden is scheduled as “A day to remember” instead of its name. This version does not accept notes or photos. There is no memo field. Background photos are kept in the app's private storage, are not sent to Modoo's servers, and are not included in the “Export to a file” files or in the widget.
• Export and import: Only when you press “Export to a file” in Settings, the app turns this device's D-Days (except those in the trash) into two files (one that can be imported again and one that people can read) and hands them to the device's share sheet. Where to put them (Files, a drive, email and so on) is your choice, and the app does not upload them to Modoo's servers. The files have no password and contain the names and dates of your D-Days as they are (this is written under that line in Settings). Settings and the member number are not included in the files. Export works without signing in and without paying. “Import from a file” merges the D-Days in a file you choose into this device's D-Days. It does not delete the D-Days on this device.
• Advertising: From the first public version, there is information that the advertising company (Google) may automatically collect through the ad tool (SDK) in the app (section 8).

2. Purpose of processing

In this version, sign-in is used only to show in Settings who is signed in. D-Days are not linked to the account or uploaded. Sign-in is not used for advertising, statistics or personalised recommendations. We do not read or analyse the names and dates of your D-Days.

3. Retention period

• D-Days and settings on the device: Until you delete them or delete the app.
• D-Days moved to the trash: Deleted permanently once 30 days have passed (they are cleared when you start the app, when you return to the app, and when the date changes while the app is open). Before that, you can restore them or delete them right away with “Empty trash”.
• Background photo: Until you use “Remove photo” and save, or delete that D-Day permanently (Empty trash, or after 30 days). It is kept while the D-Day is in the trash and comes back as it was if you restore the D-Day. A photo you picked but have not saved yet is kept with the unfinished input and cleared when you save or press “Discard”; if there is neither unfinished input nor a D-Day, it is deleted the next time you start the app. The temporary copy of the original that the app makes is deleted right after the photo is shrunk.
• Member number and username on the device: Deleted when you sign out. The member number that previously signed in is deleted when you delete all D-Days (or delete the app).
• Records uploaded to the account: None in this version.
• Exported files: The copy the app made is kept only in a temporary folder inside the app. It is deleted when you export again and when you use “Delete all D-Days on this device”, and copies more than a day old are deleted when you open the app. The copy of a file you chose to import is deleted right after it is read. Files in the place you sent them to are managed by you.

5. Entrusted processing

This app has no server of its own. Sign-in is handled by Modoo ID (mid.modoo.io), and that processing follows the common Modoo privacy policy. Information the advertising company (Google) collects through the ad tool in the app is not processing we entrust to it, so it is not listed here (section 8).

7. Cookies, device storage and device permissions

• Cookies: The app does not use them. The sign-in window is opened by the device's browser, and the cookies in that window belong to Modoo ID.
• Device storage: D-Days and settings are kept in a file in the app's own storage. So that they can be restored if that file can no longer be read, the version saved just before is kept as one more copy in the same storage (it changes every time the app saves). Background photos are kept in a photo folder in the same storage. This version keeps nothing in the device's secure storage (iPhone Keychain, Android Keystore). If device backup (iCloud Backup, Android Auto Backup) is turned on, the operating system may include the app's D-Days and settings in your backup. The app does not send them. Background photos are excluded from Android's cloud backup (Google backup) (they may go along with the feature that moves data directly from one device to another). An iPhone device backup may include background photos too.
• Device permissions: Notifications (asked when you turn reminders on) and Internet access (for sign-in and ads) are used. On Android there are more permissions — one to schedule reminders again after the device restarts, one for notification vibration, and the network state, advertising ID (AD_ID), Android ad services (ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ATTRIBUTION, TOPICS), keeping the device awake (WAKE_LOCK) and foreground service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE — internal SDK work) permissions added by the ads SDK (Google AdMob) — none of which are asked about separately. Location, camera, microphone and contacts are not used. The advertising identifier is not used on iPhone and iPad (the app does not show the tracking permission prompt); on Android the ads SDK uses the advertising ID (section 8). A background photo is received only as the one photo you pick in the device's photo picker (the Photos picker on iPhone, the photo picker on Android), and the app does not ask for permission to view your photo library. Export and import use the device's share sheet and file picker and do not ask for any additional permission.

8. Advertising

From the first public version, only one Google AdMob app open ad — only for frequent users (after 7 days since installing and more than 5 days on which the app was opened), once a day when you come back to the app after being away for more than 30 minutes. There are no ads for the first few days, and none while you are creating or editing a D-Day. The first version has no house ads or rewarded ads and no usage analytics or error-collection tool, and this version has no payments or subscriptions.

• Advertising company: Google LLC (Google AdMob) — chooses and shows the ad that can appear up to once a day when you open the app.
• What the app does: The app counts, only on this device, when the app first started counting, how many days you have opened it, when you last left the app and the days an ad was shown, and decides from these counts whether to show an ad. The app never sends these counts anywhere (not to us either), and they are deleted when you delete the app. The names and dates of your D-Days are not put in ad requests.
• What the advertising company may automatically collect through the ad tool (SDK) in the app: Your device’s advertising ID (Android), IP address (approximate location), device and app information, ad impressions and clicks, and the ad tool’s diagnostic and crash information. On iPhone and iPad the app does not ask for tracking permission, so the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used.
• Purpose: To show ads, measure ad performance and prevent fraudulent clicks — and, depending on consent and region, for personalized ads.
• Who receives it and retention: Google processes and keeps it under its own privacy policy. We do not receive this information.
• Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): Users in these regions first see Google’s consent window (UMP), and ads are requested only after that step is completed. If you do not consent, you see non-personalized ads (chosen from things like this app, your approximate location and the time), and depending on your choices ads may be further limited.
• How to refuse or change: Android: you can delete or reset your advertising ID in device Settings › Google › Ads. EEA, UK and Switzerland: you can change your choices under “Privacy & ad choices” in the app’s settings (shown only in these regions). In the app’s settings you can read how ads are chosen under “Why am I seeing this ad?” and report an ad with “Report an ad”.

This section explains the automatic collection tool (ads SDK) installed and operated in the app and how to refuse it (Personal Information Protection Act, Article 30(1)7). We do not hand information to Google or entrust processing to it, so Google is not listed in section 5 (entrusted processing) or section 6 (overseas transfer).

9. How to delete

• One D-Day: “Move to trash” at the bottom of that D-Day's screen. It stays in “Trash” in Settings for 30 days and comes back with “Restore”. Right after moving it, you can also bring it back with “Undo”.
• Background photo: Press “Remove photo” on the editing screen and save. When a D-Day is deleted permanently (Empty trash, or after 30 days), its photo is deleted too.
• D-Days in the trash: “Empty trash” — deletes them permanently; this cannot be undone; they are also deleted from the previously saved version. If you leave them as they are, they are deleted after 30 days have passed.
• All D-Days on the device: “Delete all D-Days on this device” in Settings — deletes everything permanently, including the trash; this cannot be undone in the app; unfinished input, the member number that previously signed in, the exported copy left inside the app, the previously saved version, unreadable files kept aside and background photos (including unsaved ones and temporary copies) are deleted too, and the table the widget reads is emptied; your sign-in stays as it is. Or delete the app.
• Record files that cannot be read: If the app cannot read the record file, it does not delete or overwrite that file. When the device could not hand the file over to be read, only “Try reading again” is shown. When the file is damaged, you can choose “Restore the last saved version” (shown only when there is a version to restore) or “Start fresh”; the unreadable file (and, when you start fresh, the version saved just before) is then kept aside inside the app's own storage. Files kept aside can be taken out as they are from “Files kept aside” in Settings, and they are deleted when you use “Delete all D-Days on this device” or delete the app. A file taken out with “Export this file as it is” or “Files kept aside” contains your D-Days, settings and unfinished input as they are (and, if you signed in, the member number and username), and it is managed by you in the place you sent it to.
• Exported files: You delete them in the place you sent them to (Files, a drive, email and so on). The copy left inside the app is deleted by “Delete all D-Days on this device” above or by exporting again, and even if you leave it, it is deleted when you open the app after a day has passed.
• Records uploaded to the account: None in this version.
• Modoo ID: “Delete Modoo ID account”, shown in Settings to people who are signed in, opens https://modoo.io/user/withdraw in the device's browser. The account is shared with Modoo's other apps. Deleting the account does not delete the D-Days on this device.

Records you delete in the app cannot be restored from within the app. However, if device backup (Google backup on Android, iCloud Backup on iPhone) is on and a backup was made before you deleted them, the deleted records may come back when you reinstall the app or restore your device from that backup. Backups made after the deletion do not contain the deleted records. Device backups are stored encrypted in your own Google or Apple account, and we cannot access them. You can turn off or delete device backups in your device settings — iPhone: Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Backup → turn off Modoo D-Day · Android: Settings → Google → Backup (menu names may vary slightly by device).

1. 取り扱う項目

• ログインせずに使うとき: アプリが自ら端末の外に送信する情報はありません（広告は8）。記念日の作成と日数のカウント、旧暦の計算、近づいている日、通知、設定はすべて端末の中で動作します。
• モドゥIDでログインした場合: ログインは任意で、ログインしなくてもすべての機能を使えます。ログインは端末のブラウザーの画面で行い、このアプリには会員登録の画面もパスワードの入力欄もありません。ログインが完了すると、アプリはモドゥIDから利用者の会員番号、ユーザー名、メールアドレスを受け取ります。端末には会員番号とユーザー名だけを記録します。メールアドレスは記録しません。モドゥIDが発行したログイン確認の値（トークン）は、誰であるかを確認するために一度だけ使い、端末には残しません。この版のアプリは本体（modoo.io）に何も送信しません。ログインしても、記念日はこの端末にあり、モドゥのサーバーには送信しません。アカウントが変わったことに気づくために、この端末で以前ログインした会員番号を端末に残します（名前やメールアドレスではなく番号です）。「この端末の記念日をすべて削除」で記念日を削除すると、この番号も削除します。
• 端末に置くもの: 記念日（名前、日付、新暦か旧暦か、数え方、繰り返し、カテゴリ、表示単位、いちばん上に固定、ロック画面と通知で名前を隠すか、通知を受け取るか、リストでの位置、修正した時刻、ゴミ箱に移した時刻）、設定（画面の言語、明るい画面と暗い画面、新しい記念日の数え方、通知を受け取るかと通知の時刻、通知領域やアプリアイコンのバッジに置く記念日、リストの並び順、表示するならわし、年齢の数え方）、作成や編集の途中でやめた画面に入力してあった内容（名前、日付、選んだ項目 — 保存するか「破棄する」を押すと削除します）、ログインした場合は会員番号とユーザー名、記念日ごとに選んだ背景写真一枚（端末の写真選択画面で利用者が選んだものだけ — アプリが保存し直す際に撮影場所（位置情報）・撮影した端末・撮影日時などの情報を取り除き、長い辺を2048ピクセル以内に縮小します）。Android では、ホーム画面のウィジェットが読む表（リストのいちばん上にある記念日いくつかの名前、残りの日数、日付 — 名前を隠した記念日は名前の代わりに「大切な日」）も、アプリ専用の保存領域に置きます。通知を有効にすると、記念日の名前と残りの日数を端末の通知スケジュールに登録します。名前を隠した記念日は、名前の代わりに「大切な日」として登録します。メモ欄はありません。背景写真はアプリ専用の保存領域に置き、モドゥのサーバーには送らず、「ファイルに書き出す」のファイルとウィジェットには含めません。
• エクスポートとインポート: 設定で「ファイルに書き出す」を押したときに限り、この端末の記念日（ゴミ箱にあるものを除く）を二つのファイル（再び読み込めるファイルと、人が読めるテキストファイル）にして、端末の共有画面に渡します。どこに保存するか（ファイル、ドライブ、メールなど）は利用者が選び、アプリはモドゥのサーバーにアップロードしません。ファイルにはパスワードがなく、記念日の名前と日付がそのまま入っています（設定のその項目の下に記載しています）。設定と会員番号はファイルに含めません。ログインしなくても、料金を支払わなくても使えます。「ファイルから読み込む」は、利用者が選んだファイルの記念日をこの端末の記念日に統合します。この端末の記念日は削除しません。
• 広告: 最初の公開版から、広告事業者（Google）がアプリ内の広告ツール（SDK）で自動的に収集しうる情報があります（8）。

2. 取り扱いの目的

この版では、ログインは誰がログインしているかを設定に表示するためだけに使います。記念日をアカウントに関連付けたり、アップロードしたりしません。広告、統計、おすすめの表示には使いません。記念日の名前と日付を読んだり分析したりしません。

3. 保有期間

• 端末の記念日と設定: 利用者が削除するか、アプリを削除するまで。
• ゴミ箱に移した記念日: 30日が過ぎると完全に削除します（アプリを起動したとき、アプリに戻ったとき、起動したまま日付が変わったときに片づけます）。それまでは元に戻すことも、「ゴミ箱を空にする」ですぐに削除することもできます。
• 背景写真: 利用者が「写真を外す」をして保存するか、その記念日を完全に削除する（ゴミ箱を空にする・30日後）までです。ゴミ箱にある間は残し、元に戻すとそのまま戻ります。選んでまだ保存していない写真は入力途中の内容と一緒に置き、保存するか「破棄する」を押したときに片づけます。入力途中の内容も記念日もない場合は、次にアプリを起動したときに削除します。選んだ元の写真をアプリに写した一時コピーは、縮小した直後に削除します。
• 端末の会員番号・ユーザー名: ログアウトすると削除します。以前ログインした会員番号は、記念日をすべて削除するとき（またはアプリを削除するとき）に削除します。
• アカウントにアップロードした記録: この版にはありません。
• エクスポートしたファイル: アプリが作成したコピーは、アプリ内の一時フォルダーにだけ置きます。もう一度書き出すときと「この端末の記念日をすべて削除」のときに削除し、1日を過ぎたコピーはアプリを開いたときに削除します。読み込むために選んだファイルのコピーは、読み込んだ直後に削除します。利用者が送った先のファイルは、利用者が管理します。

5. 取り扱いの委託

このアプリは独自のサーバーを持ちません。ログインはモドゥID（mid.modoo.io）が担当し、その取り扱いはモドゥ共通の方針に従います。広告事業者（Google）がアプリ内の広告ツールで収集する情報は、当社が委託する取り扱いではないため、ここには載せません（8）。

7. クッキー・端末内の保存領域・端末の権限

• クッキー: アプリは使用しません。ログイン画面は端末のブラウザーが表示し、その画面のクッキーはモドゥIDのものです。
• 端末内の保存領域: 記念日と設定はアプリ専用の保存領域のファイルに置きます。そのファイルを読み込めなくなったときに復元できるよう、直前に保存した版を同じ保存領域にもう一つ置きます（保存するたびに置き換わります）。背景写真は同じ保存領域の写真フォルダーに置きます。端末のセキュア領域（iPhone のキーチェーン、Android のキーストア）には、この版は何も置きません。端末のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップ、Android の自動バックアップ）を有効にしていると、OS がアプリの記念日と設定を利用者のバックアップに含めることがあります。アプリが送信するものではありません。背景写真は Android のクラウドバックアップ（Google バックアップ）から除外します（端末から端末へ直接移す機能では一緒に移ることがあります）。iPhone の端末バックアップには背景写真も含まれることがあります。
• 端末の権限: 通知（通知を有効にするときに確認します）とインターネット（ログインと広告）を使います。Android では、端末を再起動したあとに通知を登録し直す権限、通知のバイブレーションの権限、広告 SDK（Google AdMob）が加えるネットワーク状態の確認、広告 ID（AD_ID）、Android の広告サービス（ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID・ATTRIBUTION・TOPICS）、スリープの防止（WAKE_LOCK）、フォアグラウンドサービス（FOREGROUND_SERVICE — SDK 内部の処理）の権限が加わります。いずれも個別に確認を求めない権限です。位置情報、カメラ、マイク、連絡先は使いません。広告識別子は iPhone・iPad では使わず（トラッキングの許可を求める画面を表示しません）、Android では広告 SDK が広告 ID を使います（8）。背景写真は端末の写真選択画面（iPhone の写真ピッカー・Android の写真選択ツール）で利用者が選んだ一枚だけを受け取り、写真ライブラリを見る権限は求めません。エクスポートとインポートは端末の共有画面とファイル選択画面を使い、そのために別途権限を求めることはありません。

8. 広告

最初の公開版から、Google AdMob のアプリ起動時広告ひとつだけを載せます — よく使う方にだけ（インストールから7日が過ぎ、アプリを開いた日が5日を超えたあと）、30分を超えて離れたあとにアプリに戻ったときに一日一回。最初の数日は広告がなく、記念日を作ったり編集したりしている間は表示しません。自社の告知広告とリワード広告は最初の版にはなく、利用統計ツール、エラー収集ツールは組み込んでおらず、この版には課金・サブスクリプションはありません。

• 広告事業者: Google LLC（Google AdMob）— アプリを開くときに一日一回まで表示される広告を選び、表示します。
• アプリが行うこと: このアプリが数え始めた日時、アプリを開いた日数、最後にアプリを離れた日時、広告を表示した日をこの端末の中だけで数え、広告を表示するかどうかを決めます。アプリはこの値をどこにも送らず（当社にも送りません）、アプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。記念日の名前と日付は広告のリクエストに含めません。
• 広告事業者がアプリ内の広告ツール（SDK）で自動的に収集しうるもの: 端末の広告 ID（Android）、IP アドレス（おおよその位置）、端末とアプリの情報、広告の表示とクリック、広告ツールの診断・クラッシュ情報。iPhone・iPad では、アプリがトラッキングの許可を求めないため、広告識別子（IDFA）を使いません。
• 目的: 広告の表示、広告の成果の測定、不正なクリックの防止。同意と地域によっては、パーソナライズされた広告にも使います。
• 受け取る者・保有期間: Google が自社のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱い、保管します。当社はこの情報を受け取りません。
• 同意（欧州経済領域・英国・スイス）: これらの地域の利用者には、まず Google の同意画面（UMP）を表示し、その手続きが終わったあとにだけ広告を求めます。同意しない場合はパーソナライズされていない広告（このアプリ・おおよその位置・時刻などで選ぶ）が表示され、選択によっては広告がさらに制限されることがあります。
• 拒否・変更の方法: Android：端末の設定 › Google › 広告 で広告 ID を削除・リセットできます。欧州経済領域・英国・スイス：アプリの設定の「プライバシーと広告の選択」（これらの地域でのみ表示されます）で選択を変更できます。アプリの設定の「この広告が表示される理由」で広告の選ばれ方を読み、「広告を報告」で知らせることができます。

この項は、アプリ内に自動収集の仕組み（広告 SDK）を設置・運用していることと、それを拒否する方法をお知らせするものです（個人情報保護法第30条第1項第7号）。当社が Google に情報を渡したり取り扱いを委託したりするものではないため、5（取り扱いの委託）と6（国外移転）には載せていません。

9. 削除する方法

• 記念日ひとつ: その記念日の画面の下にある「ゴミ箱へ」。30日間は設定の「ゴミ箱」にあり、「元に戻す」で戻せます。移した直後にも「元に戻す」で戻せます。
• 背景写真: 編集画面の「写真を外す」を押して保存します。記念日を完全に削除すると（ゴミ箱を空にする・30日後）、その記念日の写真も削除します。
• ゴミ箱の記念日: 「ゴミ箱を空にする」（完全に削除します。元に戻せません。前に保存した版からも削除します）。そのままにしておくと、30日が過ぎたあとに削除します。
• 端末の記念日すべて: 設定の「この端末の記念日をすべて削除」— ゴミ箱の中まで完全に削除します。アプリでは元に戻せません。入力途中の内容、以前ログインした会員番号、アプリ内に残ったエクスポートのコピー、前に保存した版、読み込めずに別に置いたファイル、背景写真（保存していないものと一時コピーまで）も削除し、ウィジェットが読む表も空にします。ログインはそのままです。または、アプリを削除します。
• 読み込めない記録ファイル: アプリが記録ファイルを読み込めない場合、そのファイルを削除したり上書きしたりしません。端末がファイルを読み出せなかったときは、「もう一度読み込む」だけが表示されます。ファイルが壊れているときは、「前回保存した内容に戻す」（戻せる版があるときだけ表示されます）か「新しく始める」を選ぶことができ、その場合、読み込めなかったファイルは（新しく始めるときは直前に保存した版も）アプリ専用の保存領域の中に別に置きます。別に置いたファイルは設定の「別に置いたファイル」からそのまま取り出すことができ、「この端末の記念日をすべて削除」を行うか、アプリを削除するときに削除します。「このファイルをそのまま書き出す」や「別に置いたファイル」で取り出したファイルには、記念日と設定、入力途中の内容がそのまま入っており（ログインしていた場合は会員番号とユーザー名も）、利用者が送った先で利用者が管理します。
• エクスポートしたファイル: 利用者が送った先（ファイル、ドライブ、メールなど）で、利用者が削除します。アプリ内に残ったコピーは、上の「この端末の記念日をすべて削除」か、もう一度書き出すことで削除され、そのままにしておいても、1日が過ぎたあとにアプリを開いたときに削除されます。
• アカウントにアップロードした記録: この版にはありません。
• モドゥID: ログインしている人の設定にある「モドゥIDを退会」が、端末のブラウザーで https://modoo.io/user/withdraw を開きます。モドゥのほかのアプリとも共通のアカウントです。退会しても、この端末の記念日は削除しません。

アプリで削除した記録は、アプリから元に戻すことはできません。ただし、端末のバックアップ（AndroidのGoogleバックアップ・iPhoneのiCloudバックアップ）がオンで、削除する前にバックアップが作られていた場合、アプリを入れ直したり端末をそのバックアップから復元したりすると、削除した記録が戻ることがあります。削除した後に作られたバックアップには、削除した記録は含まれません。端末のバックアップは利用者ご自身のGoogle・Appleアカウントに暗号化して保存され、当社はそのバックアップにアクセスできません。端末のバックアップは端末の設定でオフにしたり削除したりできます — iPhone：設定 → Apple アカウント → iCloud → バックアップ → モドゥ記念日 をオフ・Android：設定 → Google → バックアップ（端末によってメニュー名が少し異なる場合があります）。
