1. 처리하는 항목

• 로그인하지 않고 쓸 때: 앱이 스스로 기기 밖으로 보내는 정보가 없습니다(광고는 8칸). 반려동물, 돌봄 기록(밥, 물, 간식, 약, 산책, 배변, 구토, 체중, 병원), 일정과 알림, 설정은 모두 기기 안에서 동작합니다. 산책은 걸은 시간만 재고 위치를 쓰지 않습니다. 사진은 이 판에서 받지 않습니다.
• 모두 ID로 로그인하면: 로그인은 고를 수 있고, 하지 않아도 모든 기능을 씁니다. 로그인은 기기의 브라우저 창에서 하고, 이 앱에는 가입 화면도 비밀번호 칸도 없습니다. 로그인 창을 열 때 앱은 화면 언어와 기기의 언어 설정(예: 한국어, 영어)을 모두 ID 에 알립니다. 로그인 화면을 그 언어로 띄우기 위해서입니다. 로그인이 끝나면 앱은 모두 ID 에서 그 사람의 회원 번호, 아이디, 이메일 주소를 전달받습니다. 기기에는 회원 번호와 아이디만 적어 둡니다. 이메일 주소는 적지 않습니다. 모두 ID 가 준 로그인 확인 값(토큰)은 누구인지 묻는 데 한 번 쓰고 기기에 두지 않습니다. 이 판의 앱은 본체(modoo.io)에 기록을 보내지 않습니다. 로그인해도 앱은 기록을 다른 기기로 옮기거나 계정에 올리지 않습니다. 기록은 이 기기에 저장됩니다(기기의 백업을 켜 두었다면 운영체제가 그 백업에 넣을 수 있습니다 — 7칸). 다른 계정으로 바꿔 들어온 것을 알아보려고, 이 기기에서 전에 로그인했던 회원 번호를 기기에 남깁니다(이름이나 이메일이 아닌 번호). 「이 기기의 기록 지우기」를 하면 이 번호도 지웁니다.
• 기기에만 남는 것: 반려동물(이름, 종, 품종, 체중 단위, 생일과 입양일, 추억으로 두었는지 — 품종과 생일과 입양일은 적고 싶을 때만). 돌봄 기록(종류, 한 때, 누가 했는지, 양과 단위, 체중, 걸은 시간, 메모, 병원 이름과 간 까닭과 비용). 일정(이름, 갈래, 되풀이와 시각, 알림을 받을지). 돌보는 사람 이름(「누가」에 고르려고 그 사람이 적어 둔 이름들과 마지막에 고른 이름). 설정(화면 언어, 오늘 화면의 단추와 그 차례, 알림을 켰는지, 처음 안내를 봤는지, 걷는 중인 산책이 시작된 시각). 기록 창이나 일정 창을 닫았을 때 남겨 두는 쓰던 글 — 그 기록을 남길 때 지웁니다. Android 의 홈 화면 위젯에 보일 글(반려동물 이름, 돌봄 종류, 그날 마지막으로 한 시각, 돌보는 사람 이름) — 메모, 병원 기록, 체중 값, 일정에 적은 이름은 넣지 않습니다. 로그인했다면 회원 번호와 아이디.
• 알림: 일정의 알림은 기기 안에서만 걸고, 서버에서 보내지 않습니다. 알림에는 반려동물의 이름과 일정의 이름이 보입니다. 알림은 처음에 꺼져 있고, 그 사람이 켤 때 기기가 권한을 묻습니다.
• 그 사람이 누를 때만 기기 밖으로 나가는 것: 아래는 모두 그 사람이 그 단추를 누를 때만 기기의 공유 창에 넘깁니다. 어디에 두고 누구에게 보낼지는 그 사람이 고르고, 앱은 모두의 서버에 올리지 않습니다. 오늘 화면의 「보내기」는 고른 반려동물의 그날 기록(시각, 종류, 양이나 체중, 걸은 시간, 병원에 간 까닭, 누가 했는지)과 아직 하지 않은 오늘 할 일(일정의 이름과 시각)을 글로 넘깁니다. 메모, 병원 이름, 비용은 넣지 않습니다. 「기록 내보내기」는 반려동물, 돌봄 기록(메모, 병원 이름, 비용 포함), 일정, 돌보는 사람 이름을 백업 파일 하나로 만듭니다. 회원 번호, 쓰던 글, 기기의 설정은 넣지 않습니다. 「표로 내보내기」는 돌봄 기록 전부(날짜, 시각, 반려동물 이름, 종류, 값과 단위, 누가 했는지, 메모, 병원 이름, 간 까닭, 비용)를 표 파일 하나로 만듭니다. 「병원에 보여 줄 한 장」의 「보내기」는 고른 반려동물의 고른 기간(3개월, 6개월, 1년) 체중, 구토, 약, 병원 기록(병원 이름과 메모 포함)을 글로 넘깁니다. 「이 파일을 그대로 내보내기」는 앱이 기록 파일을 읽지 못했을 때만 보입니다. 읽지 못한 파일을 고치지 않고 그대로 넘깁니다. 그 파일에는 기록 전부와 기기의 설정이 들어 있고, 로그인했던 기기라면 회원 번호와 아이디도 들어 있습니다. 비밀번호와 로그인 확인 값은 들어 있지 않습니다. 설정의 「따로 둔 읽지 못한 기록」은 앱이 읽지 못한 기록 파일을 지우지 않고 앱 안에 따로 둔 것이 있을 때만 보입니다(바로 전 판으로 되살릴 때 옆에 둔 것, 「새로 시작하기」를 골라 치운 것). 그 파일들을 고치지 않고 그대로 넘깁니다. 든 것은 위와 같습니다. 이 파일들에는 암호가 걸려 있지 않습니다. 로그인하지 않아도 씁니다. 「기록 들이기」는 그 사람이 고른 백업 파일을 기기 안에서 읽어 이 기기의 기록에 합칩니다. 이 기기의 기록은 지우지 않습니다.

2. 처리 목적

기록은 그 사람이 반려동물을 돌본 것을 적어 두고 다시 보는 데만 씁니다. 로그인은 이 기기를 쓰는 사람이 어느 모두 ID 인지 알아 두는 데 씁니다 — 이 판에서는 설정에 아이디를 보이고 모두 ID 탈퇴 쪽으로 가는 길을 여는 데까지입니다. 광고, 통계, 맞춤 추천에 쓰지 않습니다. 기록을 읽어 분석하거나 건강 상태를 판정하지 않습니다.

3. 보유 기간

• 기기의 기록과 설정: 그 사람이 지우거나 앱을 지울 때까지.
• 바로 전에 저장한 판 한 벌(기록 파일이 깨졌을 때 되살리려고 앱이 기기 안에 둡니다): 다음에 저장할 때 새 판으로 바뀝니다. 반려동물 하나를 지우거나 「이 기기의 기록 지우기」를 하면 이 한 벌도 함께 지웁니다.
• 읽지 못해 따로 둔 기록 파일(바로 전 판으로 되살릴 때 옆에 둔 깨진 파일, 「새로 시작하기」로 치운 파일과 그때의 바로 전 판): 「이 기기의 기록 지우기」를 하거나 앱을 지울 때까지 남습니다. 반려동물 하나를 지워도 그대로입니다 — 앱이 읽지 못해 그 안의 기록을 가려 지울 수 없습니다. 그 아이의 기록이 그 파일 안에 남아 있을 수 있어, 지우기 전의 확인 창이 그 파일은 남는다는 것과 그것까지 지우는 길을 말합니다.
• 기기의 회원 번호와 아이디: 로그아웃하면 지웁니다. 전에 로그인했던 회원 번호는 「이 기기의 기록 지우기」를 할 때(또는 앱을 지울 때) 지웁니다.
• 계정에 올린 기록: 이 판에는 없습니다.
• 내보낸 파일: 앱이 만든 사본은 앱의 임시 폴더에 다음 내보내기 때까지(길어도 하루 — 그 뒤 앱을 켤 때 치웁니다) 남고, 「이 기기의 기록 지우기」가 지웁니다. 그 사람이 보낸 곳의 파일과 글은 그 사람이 관리합니다.

이 앱은 따로 서버를 두지 않습니다. 로그인은 모두 ID(mid.modoo.io)가 맡고, 그 처리는 모두 공통 방침을 따릅니다. 광고 사업자(Google)가 앱 안의 광고 도구로 수집하는 정보는 회사가 맡기는 처리가 아니어서 여기에 넣지 않습니다(8칸).

7. 쿠키 · 기기 저장소 · 기기 권한

• 쿠키: 앱은 쓰지 않습니다. 로그인 창과 설정의 「문의 · 도움말」, 「개인정보 처리방침」, 「모두 ID 탈퇴」 쪽은 기기의 브라우저가 띄우며, 그 창의 쿠키는 모두 ID 와 모두(modoo.io)의 것입니다.
• 기기 저장소: 기록과 설정은 앱 전용 저장소에 둡니다. 기기의 보안 저장소(아이폰 키체인, Android 키스토어)에는 이 판이 아무것도 두지 않습니다. 기기의 백업(iCloud 백업, Android 자동 백업)을 켜 두면 운영체제가 앱의 기록과 설정을 그 사람의 백업에 넣을 수 있습니다. 앱이 보내는 것이 아닙니다. Android 에서 홈 화면 위젯을 놓으면 위젯에 보일 글(반려동물 이름, 돌봄 종류, 그날 마지막으로 한 시각, 돌보는 사람 이름)이 기기의 홈 화면에 보입니다. 그 글은 기기의 홈 화면 앱이 그리며, 앱은 이를 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 위젯을 놓지 않으면 홈 화면에 보이는 것이 없습니다. 위젯을 위해 따로 묻는 권한은 없습니다.
• 기기 권한: 알림(일정을 알리려고 — 그 사람이 알림을 켜거나 첫 일정을 저장할 때 기기가 묻습니다)과 인터넷(로그인과 광고)을 씁니다. Android 에서는 기기를 다시 켠 뒤 걸어 둔 알림을 되살리는 권한과 진동 권한, 그리고 광고 SDK가 더하는 네트워크 상태 확인, 광고 ID(AD_ID), Android 광고 서비스(ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID · ATTRIBUTION · TOPICS), 기기 깨움 유지(WAKE_LOCK), 포그라운드 서비스(FOREGROUND_SERVICE — SDK 안쪽 작업) 권한을 함께 씁니다(모두 그 사람에게 따로 묻지 않는 권한입니다). 위치, 카메라, 마이크, 연락처, 사진은 쓰지 않습니다. 광고 식별자는 iPhone · iPad에서 쓰지 않고(추적 허용 창을 띄우지 않습니다), Android에서는 광고 SDK가 광고 ID를 씁니다(8칸). 내보내기와 들이기는 기기의 공유 창과 파일 고르기 창을 쓰며, 이를 위해 따로 권한을 묻지 않습니다.

8. 광고

첫 공개 판부터 Google AdMob의 앱 오픈 광고 하나만 싣습니다 — 자주 쓰는 분께만(앱을 깐 지 7일이 지나고 연 날이 5일을 넘은 뒤), 30분 넘게 나갔다가 돌아올 때 하루에 한 번까지. 처음 며칠은 광고가 없고, 첫 실행 안내, 쓰던 글, 산책 중, 창이 떠 있을 때는 보이지 않습니다. 자체 홍보 광고와 보상형 · 전면 · 배너 광고는 첫 판에 없고, 이용 통계 도구, 오류 수집 도구, 결제 · 구독은 넣지 않았습니다.

• 광고 사업자: Google LLC(Google AdMob) — 앱을 켤 때 하루 한 번까지 보이는 광고를 고르고 보입니다.
• 앱이 하는 일: 앱을 처음 연 때, 연 날의 수, 마지막으로 광고가 보인 때를 이 기기 안에서만 세어 광고를 보일지 정합니다. 앱은 이 수를 어디로도 보내지 않으며(회사로도 보내지 않습니다), 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다. 반려동물의 이름, 돌봄 기록, 메모는 광고에 쓰지 않고 광고 요청에 싣지 않습니다.
• 광고 사업자가 앱 안의 광고 도구(SDK)로 자동 수집할 수 있는 것: 기기의 광고 ID(Android), IP 주소(대략적인 위치), 기기와 앱 정보, 광고 노출과 클릭, 광고 도구의 진단 · 비정상 종료 정보. iPhone · iPad에서는 앱이 추적 허용을 묻지 않아 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 쓰지 않습니다.
• 목적: 광고를 보이고, 광고 성과를 재고, 부정 클릭을 막습니다. 동의와 지역에 따라 맞춤형 광고에도 씁니다.
• 누가 받나 · 보유 기간: Google이 자기 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리하고 보관합니다. 회사는 이 정보를 받지 않습니다.
• 동의(유럽 경제 지역 · 영국 · 스위스): 이 지역의 이용자에게는 Google의 동의 창(UMP)을 먼저 보이고, 그 단계를 마친 뒤에만 광고를 청합니다. 동의하지 않으면 맞춤이 아닌 광고(이 앱 · 대략의 위치 · 시간 같은 값으로 고름)가 보이며, 고른 것에 따라 광고가 더 제한될 수 있습니다.
• 거부 · 바꾸는 길: Android: 기기 설정 › Google › 광고에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다. 유럽 경제 지역 · 영국 · 스위스: 앱 설정의 「개인정보 · 광고 선택」(이 지역에서만 보입니다)에서 고른 것을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 앱 설정의 「이 광고가 왜 보이나요」에서 광고를 고르는 방법을 읽고, 「광고 신고」로 알릴 수 있습니다.
• 더 보기: Google 개인정보처리방침(https://policies.google.com/privacy) · Google이 광고를 고르는 방법(https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads) · Google이 자기 서비스를 쓰는 앱에서 받은 정보를 쓰는 방법(https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).

이 칸은 앱 안에 자동 수집 장치(광고 SDK)를 두고 운영하는 것과 그것을 거부하는 방법을 알리는 것입니다(개인정보 보호법 제30조 제1항 제7호). 회사가 Google에 정보를 넘기거나 처리를 맡기는 것이 아니어서 5칸(처리 위탁)과 6칸(국외 이전)에는 넣지 않았습니다.

9. 지우는 길

• 기록 하나: 기록 탭이나 오늘 화면에서 그 줄을 눌러 「지우기」. 지운 바로 뒤에는 「되돌리기」로 돌아오고, 그 뒤에는 앱 안에서 되살릴 수 없습니다.
• 일정 하나: 일정을 눌러 「이 일정 지우기」. 이미 남긴 기록은 그대로입니다.
• 돌보는 사람 이름: 설정의 「돌보는 사람 이름」에서 뺍니다. 이미 남긴 기록의 「누가」는 그대로 남습니다 — 기록의 이름까지 지우려면 그 기록을 고치거나 지웁니다.
• 반려동물 하나: 프로필의 「이 아이와 기록 지우기」(그 아이의 돌봄 기록, 일정, 쓰던 글을 함께 지웁니다 · 되돌릴 수 없습니다). 「추억으로 두기」는 지우지 않고 오늘 화면과 알림에서만 뺍니다.
• 기기의 기록 전부: 설정의 「이 기기의 기록 지우기」(반려동물, 돌봄 기록, 일정, 돌보는 사람 이름, 쓰던 글, 걸어 둔 알림, 앱 안에 남은 사본과 따로 둔 읽지 못한 기록 파일과 내보낸 사본, 전에 로그인했던 회원 번호를 지웁니다 · 앱에서는 되돌릴 수 없습니다(기기 백업은 아래 단락) · 화면 언어 같은 설정과 로그인은 그대로 · 홈 화면에 놓아 둔 위젯은 빈 글로 바뀝니다), 또는 앱을 지웁니다.
• 내보낸 파일과 보낸 글: 그 사람이 보낸 곳(파일, 드라이브, 메일, 메신저 등)에서 그 사람이 지웁니다.
• 계정에 올린 기록: 이 판에는 없습니다.
• 모두 ID: 로그인한 사람의 설정에 있는 「모두 ID 탈퇴」가 기기의 브라우저로 https://modoo.io/user/withdraw 를 엽니다. 모두의 다른 앱도 함께 쓰는 계정입니다. 탈퇴해도 이 기기의 기록은 지우지 않습니다.

앱에서 지운 기록은 앱에서 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 다만 기기 백업(Android 의 Google 백업 · iPhone 의 iCloud 백업)을 켜 두었고 지우기 전에 백업이 만들어졌다면, 앱을 다시 설치하거나 기기를 그 백업으로 되살릴 때 지운 기록이 돌아올 수 있습니다. 지운 뒤에 만들어진 백업에는 지운 기록이 담기지 않습니다. 기기 백업은 이용자의 Google · Apple 계정에 암호화되어 저장되며, 회사는 그 백업에 접근하지 못합니다. 기기 백업은 기기의 설정에서 끄거나 지울 수 있습니다 — iPhone: 설정 → Apple 계정 → iCloud → 백업 → 모두 반려 끄기 · Android: 설정 → Google → 백업(기기에 따라 메뉴 이름이 조금 다를 수 있습니다).

1. Items processed

• Without signing in: The app sends nothing off your device on its own (for ads, see section 8). Pets, care records (meals, water, treats, medicine, walks, potty, vomiting, weight, vet visits), schedules and reminders, and settings all work on the device. Walks measure only the time walked and do not use location. This version does not accept photos.
• If you sign in with Modoo ID: Signing in is optional, and every feature works without it. You sign in in your device’s browser window; this app has no sign-up screen and no password field. When opening the sign-in window, the app tells Modoo ID the app’s display language and your device’s language settings (for example, Korean, English). This is to show the sign-in screen in that language. When sign-in completes, the app receives your member number, username and email address from Modoo ID. Only the member number and username are written to the device. The email address is not written. The sign-in confirmation value (token) issued by Modoo ID is used once to ask who you are and is not kept on the device. This version of the app does not send records to the main service (modoo.io). Even when you sign in, the app does not move your records to another device or upload them to your account. Records are stored on this device (if you have turned on device backup, the operating system may include them in that backup — section 7). To notice that someone has signed in with a different account, the app keeps on the device the member number that previously signed in on this device (a number, not a name or an email address). When you use “Delete records on this device”, this number is deleted too.
• Kept only on the device: Pets (name, species, breed, weight unit, birthday and adoption day, whether kept as a memory — breed, birthday and adoption day only if you want to enter them). Care records (type, when it was done, who did it, amount and unit, weight, minutes walked, note, clinic name, reason for the visit and cost). Schedules (name, category, repetition and time, whether to get reminders). Caregivers’ names (the names you have entered to pick under “Who”, and the name picked last). Settings (display language, the buttons on the Today screen and their order, whether reminders are on, whether you saw the first-run guide, the time a walk in progress started). Unfinished text kept when you close the record window or the schedule window — deleted when you log that record. Text to show on the Android home screen widget (pet name, type of care, the time it was last done that day, caregiver name) — notes, vet records, weight values and names written in schedules are not included. If you signed in, your member number and username.
• Notifications: Schedule reminders are set only on the device and are not sent from a server. A reminder shows the pet’s name and the schedule’s name. Reminders are off at first, and the device asks for permission when you turn them on.
• What leaves the device only when you tap: Everything below is handed to the device’s share sheet only when you tap that button. You choose where to keep it and whom to send it to, and the app does not upload it to Modoo’s servers. “Send” on the Today screen hands over, as text, that day’s records for the chosen pet (time, type, amount or weight, minutes walked, reason for the vet visit, who did it) and today’s to-dos not yet done (schedule name and time). Notes, clinic names and costs are not included. “Export records” makes pets, care records (including notes, clinic names and costs), schedules and caregivers’ names into one backup file. The member number, unfinished text and the settings on the device are not included. “Export as a spreadsheet” makes all care records (date, time, pet name, type, value and unit, who did it, note, clinic name, reason for the visit, cost) into one spreadsheet file. “Send” in “One page for the vet” hands over, as text, the weight, vomiting, medicine and vet records (including clinic names and notes) of the chosen pet for the chosen period (3 months, 6 months, 1 year). “Export this file as is” appears only when the app could not read the records file. It hands over the unreadable file as it is, without changing it. That file contains all records and the settings on the device, and, on a device that has been signed in, also the member number and username. It does not contain passwords or sign-in confirmation values. “Unreadable records set aside” in Settings appears only when there are records files the app could not read and set aside inside the app instead of deleting them (one put aside when restoring the previous version, or one cleared away by choosing “Start fresh”). It hands over those files as they are, without changing them. What they contain is the same as above. These files have no password. You can use all of this without signing in. “Import records” reads the backup file you choose on the device and merges it into the records on this device. It does not delete the records on this device.
• Advertising: From the first public version, there is information that the advertising company (Google) may automatically collect through the ad tool (SDK) in the app (section 8).

2. Purpose of processing

Records are used only for you to note down the care you gave your pet and to see it again. Sign-in is used to know which Modoo ID the person using this device has — in this version, only as far as showing your username in Settings and opening the way to the Modoo ID account deletion page. They are not used for advertising, statistics or personalized recommendations. We do not read and analyze your records or judge health conditions from them.

3. Retention period

• Records and settings on the device: Until you delete them or delete the app.
• One copy of the version saved just before (the app keeps it on the device to restore from if the records file is damaged): It is replaced with a new version the next time the app saves. When you delete a pet or use “Delete records on this device”, this copy is deleted too.
• Records files set aside because they could not be read (a damaged file put aside when restoring the previous version, a file cleared away with “Start fresh” and the version saved just before it at that time): They remain until you use “Delete records on this device” or delete the app. Deleting a pet leaves them as they are — the app cannot read them, so it cannot pick out and delete the records inside. Because that pet’s records may remain in those files, the confirmation window before deleting tells you that those files remain and how to delete them as well.
• Member number and username on the device: Deleted when you sign out. The member number that previously signed in is deleted when you use “Delete records on this device” (or delete the app).
• Records uploaded to the account: None in this version.
• Exported files: The copy the app makes stays in the app’s temporary folder until the next export (a day at most — after that it is cleared when you start the app), and “Delete records on this device” deletes it. Files and text in the place you sent them to are managed by you.

4. Provision to third parties

5. Entrusted processing

This app has no server of its own. Sign-in is handled by Modoo ID (mid.modoo.io), and that processing follows the common Modoo privacy policy. Information the advertising company (Google) collects through the ad tool in the app is not processing we entrust to it, so it is not listed here (section 8).

7. Cookies, device storage and device permissions

• Cookies: The app does not use them. The sign-in window and the “Help & contact”, “Privacy policy” and “Delete Modoo ID account” pages in Settings are opened by the device’s browser, and the cookies in those windows belong to Modoo ID and Modoo (modoo.io).
• Device storage: Records and settings are kept in the app’s own storage. This version keeps nothing in the device’s secure storage (iPhone Keychain, Android Keystore). If device backup (iCloud Backup, Android Auto Backup) is turned on, the operating system may include the app’s records and settings in your backup. The app does not send them. On Android, if you place the home screen widget, the text to show on the widget (pet name, type of care, the time it was last done that day, caregiver name) appears on the device’s home screen. That text is drawn by the device’s home screen app, and the app does not send it to a server. If you do not place the widget, nothing appears on the home screen. No separate permission is asked for the widget.
• Device permissions: Notifications (to remind you of schedules — the device asks when you turn reminders on or save your first schedule) and Internet access (for sign-in and ads) are used. On Android the app also uses a permission to restore scheduled reminders after the device restarts and a vibration permission, together with the network state, advertising ID (AD_ID), Android ad services (ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ATTRIBUTION, TOPICS), keeping the device awake (WAKE_LOCK) and foreground service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE — internal SDK work) permissions added by the ads SDK (none of these are permissions you are asked for separately). Location, camera, microphone, contacts and photos are not used. The advertising identifier is not used on iPhone and iPad (the app does not show the tracking permission prompt); on Android the ads SDK uses the advertising ID (section 8). Export and import use the device’s share sheet and file picker and do not ask for any additional permission.

8. Advertising

From the first public version, only one Google AdMob app open ad — only for frequent users (after 7 days since installing and more than 5 days on which the app was opened), up to once a day when you come back after being away for more than 30 minutes. There are no ads for the first few days, and the ad does not appear during the first-run guide, while you are in the middle of writing, during a walk or while a window is open. The first version has no house ads or rewarded, interstitial or banner ads, and no usage analytics tool, error-collection tool, payments or subscriptions.

• Advertising company: Google LLC (Google AdMob) — chooses and shows the ad that can appear up to once a day when you open the app.
• What the app does: The app counts, only on this device, when you first opened the app, how many days you have opened it and when an ad last appeared, and decides from these counts whether to show an ad. The app never sends these counts anywhere (not to us either), and they are deleted when you delete the app. Your pets’ names, care records and notes are not used for ads and are not put in ad requests.
• What the advertising company may automatically collect through the ad tool (SDK) in the app: Your device’s advertising ID (Android), IP address (approximate location), device and app information, ad impressions and clicks, and the ad tool’s diagnostic and crash information. On iPhone and iPad the app does not ask for tracking permission, so the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used.
• Purpose: To show ads, measure ad performance and prevent fraudulent clicks — and, depending on consent and region, for personalized ads.
• Who receives it and retention: Google processes and keeps it under its own privacy policy. We do not receive this information.
• Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): Users in these regions first see Google’s consent window (UMP), and ads are requested only after that step is completed. If you do not consent, you see non-personalized ads (chosen from things like this app, your approximate location and the time), and depending on your choices ads may be further limited.
• How to refuse or change: Android: you can delete or reset your advertising ID in device Settings › Google › Ads. EEA, UK and Switzerland: you can change your choices under “Privacy & ad choices” in the app’s settings (shown only in these regions). In the app’s settings you can read how ads are chosen under “Why am I seeing this ad?” and report an ad with “Report an ad”.

This section explains the automatic collection tool (ads SDK) installed and operated in the app and how to refuse it (Personal Information Protection Act, Article 30(1)7). We do not hand information to Google or entrust processing to it, so Google is not listed in section 5 (entrusted processing) or section 6 (overseas transfer).

9. How to delete

• One record: Tap that line on the Records tab or the Today screen, then “Delete”. Right after deleting you can bring it back with “Undo”; after that it cannot be restored within the app.
• One schedule: Tap the schedule, then “Delete this schedule”. Records already logged stay as they are.
• Caregivers’ names: Remove the name in “Caregivers’ names” in Settings. “Who” in records already logged stays as it is — to remove the name from those records too, edit or delete the records.
• One pet: “Delete this pet and its records” in the profile (deletes that pet’s care records, schedules and unfinished text along with it; this cannot be undone). “Keep as a memory” does not delete anything; it only removes the pet from the Today screen and reminders.
• All records on the device: “Delete records on this device” in Settings (deletes pets, care records, schedules, caregivers’ names, unfinished text, scheduled reminders, the copy left inside the app, unreadable records files set aside, exported copies and the member number that previously signed in; this cannot be undone in the app (for device backup, see the paragraph below); settings such as the display language and your sign-in stay as they are; a widget placed on the home screen changes to empty text), or delete the app.
• Exported files and sent text: You delete them in the place you sent them to (Files, a drive, email, a messenger and so on).
• Records uploaded to the account: None in this version.
• Modoo ID: “Delete Modoo ID account”, shown in Settings to people who are signed in, opens https://modoo.io/user/withdraw in the device’s browser. The account is shared with Modoo’s other apps. Deleting the account does not delete the records on this device.

Records you delete in the app cannot be restored from within the app. However, if device backup (Google backup on Android, iCloud Backup on iPhone) is on and a backup was made before you deleted them, the deleted records may come back when you reinstall the app or restore your device from that backup. Backups made after the deletion do not contain the deleted records. Device backups are stored encrypted in your own Google or Apple account, and we cannot access them. You can turn off or delete device backups in your device settings — iPhone: Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Backup → turn off 모두 반려 · Android: Settings → Google → Backup (menu names may vary slightly by device).

• モドゥIDでログインすると: ログインは任意で、しなくてもすべての機能を使えます。ログインは端末のブラウザーの画面で行い、このアプリには会員登録の画面もパスワードの入力欄もありません。ログイン画面を開くとき、アプリは画面の言語と端末の言語設定（例：韓国語、英語）をモドゥIDに知らせます。ログイン画面をその言語で表示するためです。ログインが完了すると、アプリはモドゥIDから利用者の会員番号、ユーザー名、メールアドレスを受け取ります。端末には会員番号とユーザー名だけを記録します。メールアドレスは記録しません。モドゥIDが発行したログイン確認の値（トークン）は、誰であるかを確認するために一度だけ使い、端末には残しません。この版のアプリは本体（modoo.io）に記録を送りません。ログインしても、アプリは記録をほかの端末に移したり、アカウントにアップロードしたりしません。記録はこの端末に保存されます（端末のバックアップをオンにしている場合は、OS がそのバックアップに含めることがあります — 7）。別のアカウントに切り替えてログインしたことに気づくために、この端末で以前ログインした会員番号を端末に残します（名前やメールアドレスではなく番号です）。「この端末の記録を削除」を行うと、この番号も削除します。
• 端末の中だけに残るもの: ペット（名前、動物の種類、品種、体重の単位、誕生日とお迎え日、思い出として残したか — 品種と誕生日とお迎え日は入れたいときだけ）。お世話の記録（種類、した日時、誰がしたか、量と単位、体重、歩いた時間、メモ、病院名と行った理由と費用）。予定（名前、分類、くり返しと時刻、通知を受け取るか）。お世話する人の名前（「誰が」で選ぶために利用者が入れておいた名前と、最後に選んだ名前）。設定（画面の言語、今日の画面のボタンとその並び順、通知をオンにしたか、最初の案内を見たか、歩いている最中の散歩が始まった時刻）。記録の画面や予定の画面を閉じたときに残しておく書きかけの文 — その記録を残すときに削除します。Android のホーム画面ウィジェットに表示する文（ペットの名前、お世話の種類、その日最後にした時刻、お世話する人の名前）— メモ、病院の記録、体重の値、予定に書いた名前は入れません。ログインしていれば会員番号とユーザー名。
• 通知: 予定の通知は端末の中だけで予約し、サーバーからは送りません。通知にはペットの名前と予定の名前が表示されます。通知は最初はオフになっていて、利用者がオンにするときに端末が権限を尋ねます。
• 利用者が押したときだけ端末の外に出るもの: 以下はすべて、利用者がそのボタンを押したときだけ端末の共有画面に渡します。どこに置き、誰に送るかは利用者が選び、アプリはモドゥのサーバーにアップロードしません。今日の画面の「送る」は、選んだペットのその日の記録（時刻、種類、量または体重、歩いた時間、病院に行った理由、誰がしたか）と、まだ済んでいない今日やること（予定の名前と時刻）を文章にして渡します。メモ、病院名、費用は入れません。「記録を書き出す」は、ペット、お世話の記録（メモ、病院名、費用を含む）、予定、お世話する人の名前をひとつのバックアップファイルにします。会員番号、書きかけの文、端末の設定は入れません。「表にして書き出す」は、お世話の記録すべて（日付、時刻、ペットの名前、種類、値と単位、誰がしたか、メモ、病院名、行った理由、費用）をひとつの表ファイルにします。「病院で見せる1ページ」の「送る」は、選んだペットの選んだ期間（3か月、6か月、1年）の体重、嘔吐、薬、病院の記録（病院名とメモを含む）を文章にして渡します。「このファイルをそのまま書き出す」は、アプリが記録ファイルを読めなかったときだけ表示されます。読めなかったファイルを手を加えずそのまま渡します。そのファイルには記録すべてと端末の設定が入っており、ログインしていた端末なら会員番号とユーザー名も入っています。パスワードとログイン確認の値は入っていません。設定の「別にしてある読めない記録」は、アプリが読めなかった記録ファイルを削除せずアプリ内に別にしてあるものがあるときだけ表示されます（直前の版に戻すときに横に置いたもの、「新しく始める」を選んで片付けたもの）。それらのファイルを手を加えずそのまま渡します。中身は上と同じです。これらのファイルにはパスワードがかかっていません。ログインしなくても使えます。「記録を読み込む」は、利用者が選んだバックアップファイルを端末の中で読み、この端末の記録に合わせます。この端末の記録は削除しません。
• 広告: 最初の公開版から、広告事業者（Google）がアプリ内の広告ツール（SDK）で自動的に収集しうる情報があります（8）。

2. 取り扱いの目的

記録は、利用者がペットをお世話したことを書き留めて見返すためだけに使います。ログインは、この端末を使う人がどのモドゥIDかを知っておくために使います — この版では、設定にユーザー名を表示し、モドゥIDの退会ページへの道を開くところまでです。広告、統計、おすすめには使いません。記録を読んで分析したり、健康状態を判定したりしません。

3. 保有期間

• 端末の記録・設定: 利用者が削除するか、アプリを削除するまで。
• 直前に保存した版ひとつ（記録ファイルが壊れたときに戻すため、アプリが端末の中に置きます）: 次に保存するときに新しい版に置き換わります。ペット1匹を削除するか「この端末の記録を削除」を行うと、このひとつも一緒に削除します。
• 読めずに別にしてある記録ファイル（直前の版に戻すときに横に置いた壊れたファイル、「新しく始める」で片付けたファイルとそのときの直前の版）: 「この端末の記録を削除」を行うか、アプリを削除するまで残ります。ペット1匹を削除してもそのままです — アプリが読めないため、その中の記録を選んで削除することができません。その子の記録がそのファイルの中に残っていることがあるため、削除する前の確認の画面が、そのファイルは残ることと、それまで削除する方法を伝えます。
• 端末の会員番号・ユーザー名: ログアウトすると削除します。以前ログインした会員番号は、「この端末の記録を削除」を行うとき（またはアプリを削除するとき）に削除します。
• アカウントにアップロードした記録: この版にはありません。
• 書き出したファイル: アプリが作ったコピーは、アプリの一時フォルダーに次に書き出すときまで（長くても1日 — そのあとアプリを開いたときに片付けます）残り、「この端末の記録を削除」で削除します。利用者が送った先のファイルと文章は、利用者が管理します。

5. 取り扱いの委託

このアプリは独自のサーバーを持ちません。ログインはモドゥID（mid.modoo.io）が担当し、その取り扱いはモドゥ共通の方針に従います。広告事業者（Google）がアプリ内の広告ツールで収集する情報は、当社が委託する取り扱いではないため、ここには載せません（8）。

7. クッキー・端末内の保存領域・端末の権限

• クッキー: アプリは使いません。ログイン画面と、設定の「ヘルプ・お問い合わせ」「プライバシーポリシー」「モドゥIDを退会」のページは端末のブラウザーが表示し、その画面のクッキーはモドゥIDとモドゥ（modoo.io）のものです。
• 端末内の保存領域: 記録と設定はアプリ専用の保存領域に置きます。端末のセキュア領域（iPhone のキーチェーン、Android のキーストア）には、この版は何も置きません。端末のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップ、Android の自動バックアップ）をオンにしていると、OS がアプリの記録と設定を利用者のバックアップに含めることがあります。アプリが送信するものではありません。Android でホーム画面ウィジェットを置くと、ウィジェットに表示する文（ペットの名前、お世話の種類、その日最後にした時刻、お世話する人の名前）が端末のホーム画面に表示されます。その文は端末のホーム画面アプリが描画し、アプリはそれをサーバーに送りません。ウィジェットを置かなければ、ホーム画面に表示されるものはありません。ウィジェットのために別に尋ねる権限はありません。
• 端末の権限: 通知（予定をお知らせするため — 利用者が通知をオンにするとき、または最初の予定を保存するときに端末が確認します）とインターネット（ログインと広告）を使います。Android では、端末を再起動したあとに予約しておいた通知を戻す権限とバイブレーションの権限、そして広告 SDK が加えるネットワーク状態の確認、広告 ID（AD_ID）、Android の広告サービス（ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID・ATTRIBUTION・TOPICS）、スリープの防止（WAKE_LOCK）、フォアグラウンドサービス（FOREGROUND_SERVICE — SDK 内部の処理）の権限もあわせて使います（いずれも利用者に個別に確認を求めない権限です）。位置情報、カメラ、マイク、連絡先、写真は使いません。広告識別子は iPhone・iPad では使わず（トラッキングの許可を求める画面を表示しません）、Android では広告 SDK が広告 ID を使います（8）。書き出しと読み込みは端末の共有画面とファイル選択画面を使い、そのために別途権限を求めることはありません。

8. 広告

最初の公開版から、Google AdMob のアプリ起動時広告ひとつだけを載せます — よく使う方にだけ（インストールから7日が過ぎ、アプリを開いた日が5日を超えたあと）、30分を超えて離れたあとに戻ったときに一日一回まで。最初の数日は広告がなく、最初の案内、書きかけの文、散歩中、ウィンドウが開いているときには表示しません。自社の告知広告とリワード・インタースティシャル・バナー広告は最初の版にはなく、利用統計ツール、エラー収集ツール、課金・サブスクリプションは組み込んでいません。

• 広告事業者: Google LLC（Google AdMob）— アプリを開くときに一日一回まで表示される広告を選び、表示します。
• アプリが行うこと: アプリを初めて開いた日時、開いた日数、最後に広告を表示した日時をこの端末の中だけで数え、広告を表示するかどうかを決めます。アプリはこの値をどこにも送らず（当社にも送りません）、アプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。ペットの名前、お世話の記録、メモは広告に使わず、広告のリクエストに含めません。
• 広告事業者がアプリ内の広告ツール（SDK）で自動的に収集しうるもの: 端末の広告 ID（Android）、IP アドレス（おおよその位置）、端末とアプリの情報、広告の表示とクリック、広告ツールの診断・クラッシュ情報。iPhone・iPad では、アプリがトラッキングの許可を求めないため、広告識別子（IDFA）を使いません。
• 目的: 広告の表示、広告の成果の測定、不正なクリックの防止。同意と地域によっては、パーソナライズされた広告にも使います。
• 受け取る者・保有期間: Google が自社のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱い、保管します。当社はこの情報を受け取りません。
• 同意（欧州経済領域・英国・スイス）: これらの地域の利用者には、まず Google の同意画面（UMP）を表示し、その手続きが終わったあとにだけ広告を求めます。同意しない場合はパーソナライズされていない広告（このアプリ・おおよその位置・時刻などで選ぶ）が表示され、選択によっては広告がさらに制限されることがあります。
• 拒否・変更の方法: Android：端末の設定 › Google › 広告 で広告 ID を削除・リセットできます。欧州経済領域・英国・スイス：アプリの設定の「プライバシーと広告の選択」（これらの地域でのみ表示されます）で選択を変更できます。アプリの設定の「この広告が表示される理由」で広告の選ばれ方を読み、「広告を報告」で知らせることができます。

この項は、アプリ内に自動収集の仕組み（広告 SDK）を設置・運用していることと、それを拒否する方法をお知らせするものです（個人情報保護法第30条第1項第7号）。当社が Google に情報を渡したり取り扱いを委託したりするものではないため、5（取り扱いの委託）と6（国外移転）には載せていません。

9. 削除する方法

• 記録ひとつ: 記録タブまたは今日の画面でその行を押して「削除」。削除した直後は「元に戻す」で戻せ、そのあとはアプリの中で復元できません。
• 予定ひとつ: 予定を押して「この予定を削除」。すでに残した記録はそのままです。
• お世話する人の名前: 設定の「お世話する人の名前」から外します。すでに残した記録の「誰が」はそのまま残ります — 記録の名前まで消すには、その記録を直すか削除します。
• ペット1匹: プロフィールの「この子と記録を削除」（その子のお世話の記録、予定、書きかけの文も一緒に削除します・元に戻せません）。「思い出として残す」は削除せず、今日の画面と通知からだけ外します。
• 端末の記録すべて: 設定の「この端末の記録を削除」（ペット、お世話の記録、予定、お世話する人の名前、書きかけの文、予約しておいた通知、アプリ内に残ったコピーと別にしてある読めない記録ファイルと書き出したコピー、以前ログインした会員番号を削除します・アプリでは元に戻せません（端末のバックアップは下の段落）・画面の言語などの設定とログインはそのまま・ホーム画面に置いたウィジェットは空の表示に変わります）、またはアプリを削除します。
• 書き出したファイルと送った文章: 利用者が送った先（ファイル、ドライブ、メール、メッセンジャーなど）で、利用者が削除します。
• アカウントにアップロードした記録: この版にはありません。
• モドゥID: ログインしている人の設定にある「モドゥIDを退会」が、端末のブラウザーで https://modoo.io/user/withdraw を開きます。モドゥのほかのアプリとも共通のアカウントです。退会しても、この端末の記録は削除しません。

アプリで削除した記録は、アプリから元に戻すことはできません。ただし、端末のバックアップ（AndroidのGoogleバックアップ・iPhoneのiCloudバックアップ）がオンで、削除する前にバックアップが作られていた場合、アプリを入れ直したり端末をそのバックアップから復元したりすると、削除した記録が戻ることがあります。削除した後に作られたバックアップには、削除した記録は含まれません。端末のバックアップは利用者ご自身のGoogle・Appleアカウントに暗号化して保存され、当社はそのバックアップにアクセスできません。端末のバックアップは端末の設定でオフにしたり削除したりできます — iPhone：設定 → Apple アカウント → iCloud → バックアップ → 모두 반려 をオフ・Android：設定 → Google → バックアップ（端末によってメニュー名が少し異なる場合があります）。
