1. 처리하는 항목

• 로그인하지 않고 쓸 때: 앱이 스스로 기기 밖으로 보내는 정보가 없습니다(광고는 8절). 할 일과 설정은 모두 기기 안에서 동작하고, 앱에는 할 일을 서버로 보내는 부품이 없습니다. 알림, 사진, 위치, 연락처를 쓰지 않습니다. 문의는 그 사람이 메일 앱에서 보내는 메일입니다(apps@modoo.io · 제목에 앱 판 번호).
• 모두 ID로 로그인하면: 로그인은 고를 수 있고, 하지 않아도 모든 기능을 씁니다. 로그인은 모두 ID(mid.modoo.io)가 기기의 브라우저 창에서 처리하며, 앱은 비밀번호를 받지 않습니다. 로그인이 끝나면 앱은 모두 ID에서 회원 번호와 보일 이름(모두 아이디)을 받아 설정 파일에 적어 둡니다. 이메일 주소는 받아도 적지 않습니다. 로그인 확인 값(토큰)은 기기의 보안 저장소에 둡니다. 계정이 바뀐 것을 알아보려고 지난 회원 번호를 남깁니다. 이 판에서는 로그인해도 할 일을 본체(modoo.io)에 올리지 않습니다.
• 기기에만 남는 것: 앱 저장 폴더(다른 앱은 읽지 못합니다)의 할 일 파일 — 할 일 한 줄마다 번호, 제목, 하기로 한 날, 차례, 끝냄과 끝낸 날, 마지막으로 고친 때, 쓴 이(나 또는 에이전트 이름 — 에이전트가 할 일을 쓰는 길은 이 판에 없습니다). 바꾸기 전 한 벌을 이전 저장본으로 둡니다(되살리기용). 맨 위 글칸에 치다 만 글도 같은 파일에 둡니다(앱이 꺼져도 다시 켜면 이어 쓰게). 설정 파일 — 화면 언어, 첫 실행 안내를 지났는지, 로그인했다면 회원 번호 · 보일 이름 · 지난 회원 번호. 읽지 못한 할 일 파일은 새로 시작할 때 지우지 않고 옆에 치워 둡니다. 광고를 언제 보일지 정하는 셈(8절)도 기기에 둡니다.
• 홈 화면 위젯(Android): 위젯이 읽을 표에 끝내지 않은 할 일의 제목과 에이전트 표시(「AI」)만 둡니다. 끝낸 일, 쓴 이의 이름, 계정은 넣지 않습니다. 홈 화면은 다른 사람도 볼 수 있습니다. iPhone · iPad에는 위젯이 없습니다.
• 내보내기와 들이기: 그 사람이 설정의 「기록 내보내기」를 누를 때만 할 일 전부를 파일로 만들어 기기의 공유 창에 넘깁니다. 어디에 두고 누구에게 보낼지는 그 사람이 고르고, 앱은 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 쓰던 글, 설정, 회원 번호와 보일 이름은 넣지 않습니다. 로그인하지 않아도 됩니다. 「기록 들이기」는 그 사람이 고른 파일을 기기 안에서 읽어 이 기기의 할 일에 합칩니다(지금 있는 할 일은 지우지 않습니다).
• 읽지 못한 파일 꺼내기: 옆에 치운 파일과 읽지 못한 파일은 그 사람이 「읽지 못한 파일 꺼내기」나 설정의 「꺼내기」를 누를 때만 고치지 않은 그대로 기기의 공유 창으로 나갑니다. 앱이 스스로 기기 밖으로 보내지 않습니다.
• 광고: 첫 공개 판부터 광고 사업자(Google)가 앱 안의 광고 도구(SDK)로 자동 수집할 수 있는 정보가 있습니다(8절).

2. 처리 목적

할 일과 설정은 그 사람이 오늘 할 일을 적고 체크하고 다음 날로 넘기는 데만 씁니다. 모두 ID 회원 번호와 보일 이름은 앱의 기능에만 씁니다. 할 일 제목에는 무엇이든 들어갈 수 있어, 앱은 기기 안에만 두고 읽어 분석하거나 나누지 않으며, 광고, 통계, 맞춤 추천에 쓰지 않습니다. 광고는 8절의 목적으로만 Google AdMob이 처리합니다.

3. 보유 기간

• 기기의 할 일 · 설정: 그 사람이 지우거나 앱을 지울 때까지. 이전 저장본도 같습니다. 기기 백업에 실린 것은 9절의 「기기 백업」을 따릅니다.
• 쓰던 글: 그 글을 할 일로 더하는 같은 쓰기에서 지웁니다. 「이 기기의 기록 지우기」가 함께 지웁니다.
• 옆에 치운 파일: 그 사람이 설정에서 꺼내거나 지울 때까지. 「이 기기의 기록 지우기」가 함께 지웁니다.
• 기기의 회원 번호 · 보일 이름 · 로그인 토큰: 로그아웃하면 지웁니다(할 일은 그대로). 지난 회원 번호는 「이 기기의 기록 지우기」 때 지웁니다.
• 내보낸 사본: 앱이 공유 창에 넘긴 파일은 앱의 임시 폴더에 남습니다. 앱을 켤 때 하루 넘게 묵은 사본을 치우고, 「이 기기의 기록 지우기」 때 다 지웁니다. 그 사람이 보낸 곳의 파일은 그 사람이 관리합니다.
• 계정에 올린 기록: 이 판에는 없습니다.
• 광고: Google AdMob이 처리하는 정보의 보유는 Google의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 회사는 이 정보를 받지 않습니다(8절).

4. 제3자 제공

없음. 그 사람이 공유 창에서 받는 곳을 골라 보낸 것은 그 사람이 보낸 것입니다.

5. 처리 위탁

이 앱은 따로 서버를 두지 않습니다. 로그인은 모두 ID(mid.modoo.io)가 맡고, 그 처리는 모두 공통 방침을 따릅니다. 광고 사업자(Google)가 앱 안의 광고 도구로 수집하는 정보는 회사가 맡기는 처리가 아니어서 여기에 넣지 않습니다(8절).

6. 국외 이전

이 앱이 따로 보내는 곳은 없습니다. 로그인(모두 ID)의 처리 위치는 모두 공통 방침을 따릅니다. 광고 사업자(Google)가 앱 안의 광고 도구로 수집하는 정보는 회사가 넘기는 것이 아니어서 여기에 넣지 않습니다(8절).

7. 쿠키 · 기기 저장소 · 기기 권한

• 쿠키: 앱은 쓰지 않습니다. 로그인 창은 기기의 브라우저가 띄우며, 그 창의 쿠키는 모두 ID의 것입니다.
• 기기 저장소: 할 일 파일과 이전 저장본, 설정 파일, 옆에 치운 파일, 홈 화면 위젯의 표는 앱 저장 폴더에 둡니다. 모두 ID 로그인 토큰은 기기의 보안 저장소(iPhone 키체인 · Android Keystore)에 둡니다. 기기의 백업(Android 자동 백업 · iPhone의 iCloud 기기 백업)을 켜 두면 운영체제가 앱의 파일을 그 사람의 백업에 넣을 수 있습니다. 앱이 보내는 것이 아니며, 앱은 기기 백업을 끄지 않습니다.
• 기기 권한(Android): 인터넷 — 모두 ID 로그인과 광고. 사람에게 묻는 권한은 없습니다. 그 밖에 AndroidX가 앱 안의 신호에 붙이는 내부 표시 권한이 하나 있습니다. 광고를 싣는 판에서는 광고 SDK가 네트워크 상태 확인, 광고 ID(AD_ID), Android 광고 서비스(ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID · ATTRIBUTION · TOPICS), 기기 깨움 유지(WAKE_LOCK), 포그라운드 서비스(FOREGROUND_SERVICE — SDK 안쪽 작업) 권한을 더합니다(8절 · 묻지 않습니다).
• 기기 권한(iPhone · iPad): 묻는 권한이 없습니다. 추적 허용 창을 띄우지 않습니다.
• 쓰지 않는 것: 알림, 사진, 카메라, 위치, 연락처. 내보내기와 들이기는 기기의 공유 창과 파일 고르기 창을 쓰며, 이를 위해 따로 권한을 묻지 않습니다.

8. 광고

첫 공개 판부터 Google AdMob의 앱 오픈 광고 하나만 싣습니다 — 자주 쓰는 분께만(앱을 깐 지 7일이 지나고 연 날이 5일을 넘은 뒤), 앱을 켜거나 30분 넘게 나갔다가 아이콘으로 돌아올 때 하루에 한 번. 처음 며칠은 광고가 없고, 쓰던 글이나 창 위에는 덮지 않습니다. 자체 홍보 광고와 보상형 광고는 첫 판에 없고, 이용 통계 도구, 오류 수집 도구, 결제 · 구독은 넣지 않았습니다.

• 광고 사업자: Google LLC(Google AdMob) — 앱을 켤 때 하루 한 번까지 보이는 광고를 고르고 보입니다.
• 앱이 하는 일: 앱을 처음 연 때, 연 날의 수, 마지막으로 광고가 보인 때를 이 기기 안에서만 세어 광고를 보일지 정합니다. 앱은 이 수를 어디로도 보내지 않으며(회사로도 보내지 않습니다), 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다. 할 일 · 설정 · 쓰던 글은 광고 요청에 싣지 않습니다.
• 광고 사업자가 앱 안의 광고 도구(SDK)로 자동 수집할 수 있는 것: 기기의 광고 ID(Android), IP 주소(대략적인 위치), 기기와 앱 정보, 광고 노출과 클릭, 광고 도구의 진단 · 비정상 종료 정보. iPhone · iPad에서는 앱이 추적 허용을 묻지 않아 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 쓰지 않습니다.
• 목적: 광고를 보이고, 광고 성과를 재고, 부정 클릭을 막습니다. 동의와 지역에 따라 맞춤형 광고에도 씁니다.
• 누가 받나 · 보유 기간: Google이 자기 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리하고 보관합니다. 회사는 이 정보를 받지 않습니다.
• 동의(유럽 경제 지역 · 영국 · 스위스): 이 지역의 이용자에게는 Google의 동의 창(UMP)을 먼저 보이고, 그 단계를 마친 뒤에만 광고를 청합니다. 동의하지 않으면 맞춤이 아닌 광고(이 앱 · 대략의 위치 · 시간 같은 값으로 고름)가 보이며, 고른 것에 따라 광고가 더 제한될 수 있습니다.
• 거부 · 바꾸는 길: Android: 기기 설정 › Google › 광고에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다. 유럽 경제 지역 · 영국 · 스위스: 앱 설정의 「개인정보 · 광고 선택」(이 지역에서만 보입니다)에서 고른 것을 바꿀 수 있습니다.
• 더 보기: Google 개인정보처리방침(https://policies.google.com/privacy) · Google이 광고를 고르는 방법(https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads) · Google이 자기 서비스를 쓰는 앱에서 받은 정보를 쓰는 방법(https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).

이 칸은 앱 안에 자동 수집 장치(광고 SDK)를 두고 운영하는 것과 그것을 거부하는 방법을 알리는 것입니다(개인정보 보호법 제30조 제1항 제7호). 회사가 Google에 정보를 넘기거나 처리를 맡기는 것이 아니어서 5절(처리 위탁)과 6절(국외 이전)에는 넣지 않았습니다.

9. 지우는 길

• 할 일 하나 지우기: 그 줄을 지우고, 이전 저장본에서도 잊습니다.
• 기기의 기록 전부: 설정의 「이 기기의 기록 지우기」 — 이 기기의 할 일, 쓰던 글, 이전 저장본, 옆에 치운 파일, 앱 안에 남은 내보낸 사본, 지난 회원 번호를 지웁니다. 설정과 모두 ID 로그인은 그대로 둡니다. 앱에서는 되돌릴 수 없고, 지우기 전에 「기록 내보내기」로 파일을 만들어 둘 수 있습니다. 또는 앱을 지웁니다 — 이 기기의 할 일과 설정이 지워집니다.
• 로그아웃: 회원 번호 · 보일 이름과 로그인 토큰을 지웁니다. 할 일은 그대로입니다.
• 기기 백업: 앱에서 지운 기록은 앱에서 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 다만 기기 백업(Android의 Google 백업 · iPhone의 iCloud 백업)을 켜 두었고 지우기 전에 백업이 만들어졌다면, 앱을 다시 설치하거나 기기를 그 백업으로 되살릴 때 지운 기록이 돌아올 수 있습니다. 지운 뒤에 만들어진 백업에는 지운 기록이 담기지 않습니다. 기기 백업은 이용자의 Google · Apple 계정에 암호화되어 저장되며, 회사는 그 백업에 접근하지 못합니다. 기기 백업은 기기의 설정에서 끄거나 지울 수 있습니다 — iPhone: 설정 → Apple 계정 → iCloud → 백업 → 모두 할 일 끄기 · Android: 설정 → Google → 백업(기기에 따라 메뉴 이름이 조금 다를 수 있습니다).
• 내보낸 파일: 그 사람이 보낸 곳(파일, 드라이브, 메일 등)에서 그 사람이 지웁니다.
• 계정에 올린 기록: 이 판에는 없습니다.
• 모두 ID: 모두 ID 탈퇴는 앱 설정의 모두 ID 칸이나 https://modoo.io/user/withdraw에서 합니다. 모두의 다른 앱도 함께 쓰는 계정입니다. 탈퇴해도 이 기기의 할 일은 지우지 않습니다.

1. Items processed

• Without signing in: The app sends nothing off your device on its own (for ads, see section 8). Tasks and settings all work on the device, and the app has no component that sends tasks to a server. It does not use notifications, photos, location or contacts. Questions are emails you send from your mail app (apps@modoo.io, with the app version in the subject).
• If you sign in with Modoo ID: Signing in is optional, and every feature works without it. Sign-in is handled by Modoo ID (mid.modoo.io) in your device’s browser window, and the app does not receive your password. After you sign in, the app receives your member number and display name (Modoo username) from Modoo ID and writes them to the settings file. Your email address is not written even if it is received. The sign-in token is kept in the device’s secure storage. To notice when the account changes, the app keeps the previous member number. In this version, signing in does not upload your tasks to modoo.io.
• Kept only on the device: A tasks file in the app’s storage folder (other apps cannot read it) — for each task: number, title, the day it is planned for, order, done and the day it was done, when it was last changed, and who wrote it (you or an agent’s name — this version has no way for an agent to write tasks). One copy from before each change is kept as the previous saved version (for restoring). Text you started typing in the top input field is kept in the same file (so you can continue after the app closes). A settings file — display language, whether you finished the first-run guide and, if you signed in, your member number, display name and previous member number. An unreadable tasks file is set aside, not deleted, when you start fresh. The counts that decide when to show an ad (section 8) are also kept on the device.
• Home screen widget (Android): The table the widget reads holds only the titles of unfinished tasks and the agent mark (“AI”). Finished tasks, writers’ names and the account are not included. Other people can see your home screen. There is no widget on iPhone or iPad.
• Exporting and importing: Only when you tap “Export tasks” in Settings, the app makes all your tasks into a file and hands it to the device’s share sheet. You choose where to keep it or whom to send it to; the app does not send it to a server. Text you were typing, settings, member number and display name are not included. No sign-in is needed. “Import tasks” reads the file you choose on the device and merges it into the tasks on this device (tasks already there are not deleted).
• Saving unreadable files: Files set aside and unreadable files leave the device through the share sheet, unchanged, only when you tap “Save the unreadable file” or “Save” in Settings. The app does not send them off the device on its own.
• Advertising: From the first public version, there is information that the advertising company (Google) may automatically collect through the ad tool (SDK) in the app (section 8).

2. Purpose of processing

Tasks and settings are used only for you to write down and check off today’s tasks and move them to the next day. The Modoo ID member number and display name are used only for the app’s functions. Anything can go into a task title, so the app keeps it only on the device, does not read, analyze or share it, and does not use it for advertising, statistics or personalized recommendations. Ads are processed by Google AdMob only for the purposes in section 8.

3. Retention period

• Tasks and settings on the device: Until you delete them or delete the app. The same applies to the previous saved version. Anything included in a device backup follows “Device backup” in section 9.
• Text you were typing: Deleted in the same write that adds it as a task. “Delete tasks on this device” deletes it too.
• Files set aside: Until you save or delete them in Settings. “Delete tasks on this device” deletes them too.
• Member number, display name and sign-in token on the device: Deleted when you sign out (tasks stay). The previous member number is deleted by “Delete tasks on this device”.
• Exported copies: Files the app handed to the share sheet stay in the app’s temporary folder. Copies more than a day old are cleared when the app starts, and all of them are deleted by “Delete tasks on this device”. Files in the place you sent them are managed by you.
• Records uploaded to the account: None in this version.
• Advertising: Retention of information processed by Google AdMob follows Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive this information (section 8).

4. Provision to third parties

None. Anything you send by choosing a recipient in the share sheet is sent by you.

5. Entrusted processing

This app has no server of its own. Sign-in is handled by Modoo ID (mid.modoo.io), and that processing follows the common Modoo privacy policy. Information the advertising company (Google) collects through the ad tool in the app is not processing we entrust to it, so it is not listed here (section 8).

7. Cookies, device storage and device permissions

• Cookies: The app does not use them. The sign-in window is opened by the device’s browser, and the cookies in that window belong to Modoo ID.
• Device storage: The tasks file and its previous saved version, the settings file, files set aside and the home screen widget’s table are kept in the app’s storage folder. The Modoo ID sign-in token is kept in the device’s secure storage (iPhone Keychain, Android Keystore). If you turn on device backup (Android Auto Backup, iCloud device backup on iPhone), the operating system may include the app’s files in your backup. This is not something the app sends, and the app does not turn device backup off.
• Device permissions (Android): Internet — Modoo ID sign-in and ads. No permission is asked of you. Besides this, there is one internal marker permission that AndroidX attaches to signals inside the app. In the version that carries ads, the ads SDK adds network state, advertising ID (AD_ID), Android ad services (ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ATTRIBUTION, TOPICS), keeping the device awake (WAKE_LOCK) and foreground service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE — internal SDK work) permissions (section 8; not asked).
• Device permissions (iPhone and iPad): No permission is asked. The app does not show the tracking permission prompt.
• Not used: Notifications, photos, camera, location, contacts. Exporting and importing use the device’s share sheet and file picker, and no separate permission is asked for them.

8. Advertising

From the first public version, only one Google AdMob app open ad — only for frequent users (after 7 days since installing and more than 5 days on which the app was opened), once a day when you open the app or come back through the icon after being away for more than 30 minutes. There are no ads for the first few days, and the ad does not cover text you are typing or an open window. The first version has no house ads or rewarded ads, and no usage analytics tool, error-collection tool, payments or subscriptions.

• Advertising company: Google LLC (Google AdMob) — chooses and shows the ad that can appear up to once a day when you open the app.
• What the app does: The app counts, only on this device, when you first opened the app, how many days you have opened it and when an ad last appeared, and decides from these counts whether to show an ad. The app never sends these counts anywhere (not to us either), and they are deleted when you delete the app. Your tasks, settings and text you were typing are not put in ad requests.
• What the advertising company may automatically collect through the ad tool (SDK) in the app: Your device’s advertising ID (Android), IP address (approximate location), device and app information, ad impressions and clicks, and the ad tool’s diagnostic and crash information. On iPhone and iPad the app does not ask for tracking permission, so the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used.
• Purpose: To show ads, measure ad performance and prevent fraudulent clicks — and, depending on consent and region, for personalized ads.
• Who receives it and retention: Google processes and keeps it under its own privacy policy. We do not receive this information.
• Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): Users in these regions first see Google’s consent window (UMP), and ads are requested only after that step is completed. If you do not consent, you see non-personalized ads (chosen from things like this app, your approximate location and the time), and depending on your choices ads may be further limited.
• How to refuse or change: Android: you can delete or reset your advertising ID in device Settings › Google › Ads. EEA, UK and Switzerland: you can change your choices under “Privacy & ad choices” in the app’s settings (shown only in these regions).

This section explains the automatic collection tool (ads SDK) installed and operated in the app and how to refuse it (Personal Information Protection Act, Article 30(1)7). We do not hand information to Google or entrust processing to it, so Google is not listed in section 5 (entrusted processing) or section 6 (overseas transfer).

9. How to delete

• Deleting one task: Deletes that line and also forgets it in the previous saved version.
• All records on the device: “Delete tasks on this device” in Settings — deletes this device’s tasks, text you were typing, the previous saved version, files set aside, exported copies left inside the app and the previous member number. Settings and your Modoo ID sign-in stay. This cannot be undone in the app; before deleting you can make a file with “Export tasks”. Or delete the app — the tasks and settings on this device are deleted.
• Sign out: Deletes the member number, display name and sign-in token. Tasks stay.
• Device backup: Records you delete in the app cannot be restored from within the app. However, if device backup (Google backup on Android, iCloud Backup on iPhone) is on and a backup was made before you deleted them, the deleted records may come back when you reinstall the app or restore your device from that backup. Backups made after the deletion do not contain the deleted records. Device backups are stored encrypted in your own Google or Apple account, and we cannot access them. You can turn off or delete device backups in your device settings — iPhone: Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Backup → turn off Modoo To-Do · Android: Settings → Google → Backup (menu names may vary slightly by device).
• Exported files: You delete them in the place you sent them to (Files, a drive, email and so on).
• Records uploaded to the account: None in this version.
• Modoo ID: You can delete your Modoo ID account from the Modoo ID section of the app’s settings or at https://modoo.io/user/withdraw. It is an account shared with other Modoo apps. Deleting it does not delete the tasks on this device.

• 端末の中だけに残るもの: アプリの保存フォルダー（ほかのアプリは読めません）のタスクファイル — タスク1行ごとに番号、タイトル、予定の日、順番、完了と完了した日、最後に変更した日時、書いた人（自分またはエージェントの名前 — この版にはエージェントがタスクを書く手段はありません）。変更の前の版をひとつ以前の保存版として置きます（復元用）。いちばん上の入力欄に打ちかけた文も同じファイルに置きます（アプリが終了しても、また開けば続きを書けるように）。設定ファイル — 画面の言語、最初の案内を終えたかどうか、ログインしていれば会員番号・表示名・以前の会員番号。読めなかったタスクファイルは、最初から始めるときに削除せず横によけておきます。広告をいつ表示するかを決める値（8）も端末に置きます。
• ホーム画面ウィジェット（Android）: ウィジェットが読む表には、終わっていないタスクのタイトルとエージェントの印（「AI」）だけを置きます。完了したタスク、書いた人の名前、アカウントは入れません。ホーム画面はほかの人も見ることができます。iPhone・iPad にはウィジェットはありません。
• 書き出しと読み込み: 利用者が設定の「記録を書き出す」を押したときだけ、タスクすべてをファイルにして端末の共有画面に渡します。どこに置くか、誰に送るかは利用者が選び、アプリはサーバーに送りません。打ちかけの文、設定、会員番号と表示名は入れません。ログインは要りません。「記録を読み込む」は、利用者が選んだファイルを端末の中で読み、この端末のタスクに統合します（今あるタスクは削除しません）。
• 読めなかったファイルの取り出し: よけておいたファイルと読めなかったファイルは、利用者が「読めなかったファイルを取り出す」または設定の「取り出す」を押したときだけ、手を加えずそのまま端末の共有画面から外に出ます。アプリが自ら端末の外に送ることはありません。
• 広告: 最初の公開版から、広告事業者（Google）がアプリ内の広告ツール（SDK）で自動的に収集しうる情報があります（8）。

2. 取り扱いの目的

タスクと設定は、利用者が今日のタスクを書いてチェックし、次の日に移すためだけに使います。モドゥIDの会員番号と表示名はアプリの機能にだけ使います。タスクのタイトルには何でも入りうるため、アプリは端末の中にだけ置き、読んで分析したり共有したりせず、広告、統計、おすすめに使いません。広告は8の目的に限って Google AdMob が取り扱います。

3. 保有期間

• 端末のタスク・設定: 利用者が削除するか、アプリを削除するまで。以前の保存版も同じです。端末のバックアップに含まれたものは、9の「端末のバックアップ」に従います。
• 打ちかけの文: その文をタスクとして追加する同じ書き込みで削除します。「この端末の記録を削除」でも一緒に削除します。
• よけておいたファイル: 利用者が設定で取り出すか削除するまで。「この端末の記録を削除」でも一緒に削除します。
• 端末の会員番号・表示名・ログイントークン: ログアウトすると消します（タスクはそのまま）。以前の会員番号は「この端末の記録を削除」で消します。
• 書き出したコピー: アプリが共有画面に渡したファイルは、アプリの一時フォルダーに残ります。アプリを開いたときに1日を過ぎたコピーを片付け、「この端末の記録を削除」ですべて削除します。利用者が送った先のファイルは、利用者が管理します。
• アカウントにアップロードした記録: この版にはありません。
• 広告: Google AdMob が取り扱う情報の保有は、Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います。当社はこの情報を受け取りません（8）。

4. 第三者への提供

ありません。利用者が共有画面で送り先を選んで送ったものは、利用者が送ったものです。

5. 取り扱いの委託

このアプリは独自のサーバーを持ちません。ログインはモドゥID（mid.modoo.io）が担当し、その取り扱いはモドゥ共通の方針に従います。広告事業者（Google）がアプリ内の広告ツールで収集する情報は、当社が委託する取り扱いではないため、ここには載せません（8）。

7. クッキー・端末内の保存領域・端末の権限

• クッキー: アプリは使いません。ログイン画面は端末のブラウザーが表示し、その画面のクッキーはモドゥIDのものです。
• 端末内の保存領域: タスクファイルとその以前の保存版、設定ファイル、よけておいたファイル、ホーム画面ウィジェットの表は、アプリの保存フォルダーに置きます。モドゥIDのログイントークンは端末の安全な保存領域（iPhone のキーチェーン、Android Keystore）に置きます。端末のバックアップ（Android の自動バックアップ、iPhone の iCloud バックアップ）をオンにすると、OS がアプリのファイルを利用者のバックアップに入れることがあります。アプリが送るものではなく、アプリは端末のバックアップをオフにしません。
• 端末の権限（Android）: インターネット — モドゥIDのログインと広告。利用者に尋ねる権限はありません。このほかに、AndroidX がアプリ内の信号に付ける内部用の印の権限がひとつあります。広告を載せる版では、広告 SDK がネットワーク状態の確認、広告 ID（AD_ID）、Android の広告サービス（ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID・ATTRIBUTION・TOPICS）、スリープの防止（WAKE_LOCK）、フォアグラウンドサービス（FOREGROUND_SERVICE — SDK 内部の処理）の権限を加えます（8・尋ねません）。
• 端末の権限（iPhone・iPad）: 尋ねる権限はありません。トラッキングの許可を求める画面を表示しません。
• 使わないもの: 通知、写真、カメラ、位置情報、連絡先。書き出しと読み込みは端末の共有画面とファイル選択の画面を使い、そのために別に権限を尋ねません。

8. 広告

最初の公開版から、Google AdMob のアプリ起動時広告ひとつだけを載せます — よく使う方にだけ（インストールから7日が過ぎ、アプリを開いた日が5日を超えたあと）、アプリを開くとき、または30分を超えて離れたあとにアイコンから戻ったときに一日一回。最初の数日は広告がなく、打ちかけの文や開いている画面の上には表示しません。自社の告知広告とリワード広告は最初の版にはなく、利用統計ツール、エラー収集ツール、課金・サブスクリプションは組み込んでいません。

• 広告事業者: Google LLC（Google AdMob）— アプリを開くときに一日一回まで表示される広告を選び、表示します。
• アプリが行うこと: アプリを初めて開いた日時、開いた日数、最後に広告を表示した日時をこの端末の中だけで数え、広告を表示するかどうかを決めます。アプリはこの値をどこにも送らず（当社にも送りません）、アプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。タスク・設定・打ちかけの文は広告のリクエストに含めません。
• 広告事業者がアプリ内の広告ツール（SDK）で自動的に収集しうるもの: 端末の広告 ID（Android）、IP アドレス（おおよその位置）、端末とアプリの情報、広告の表示とクリック、広告ツールの診断・クラッシュ情報。iPhone・iPad では、アプリがトラッキングの許可を求めないため、広告識別子（IDFA）を使いません。
• 目的: 広告の表示、広告の成果の測定、不正なクリックの防止。同意と地域によっては、パーソナライズされた広告にも使います。
• 受け取る者・保有期間: Google が自社のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱い、保管します。当社はこの情報を受け取りません。
• 同意（欧州経済領域・英国・スイス）: これらの地域の利用者には、まず Google の同意画面（UMP）を表示し、その手続きが終わったあとにだけ広告を求めます。同意しない場合はパーソナライズされていない広告（このアプリ・おおよその位置・時刻などで選ぶ）が表示され、選択によっては広告がさらに制限されることがあります。
• 拒否・変更の方法: Android：端末の設定 › Google › 広告 で広告 ID を削除・リセットできます。欧州経済領域・英国・スイス：アプリの設定の「プライバシーと広告の選択」（これらの地域でのみ表示されます）で選択を変更できます。

この項は、アプリ内に自動収集の仕組み（広告 SDK）を設置・運用していることと、それを拒否する方法をお知らせするものです（個人情報保護法第30条第1項第7号）。当社が Google に情報を渡したり取り扱いを委託したりするものではないため、5（取り扱いの委託）と6（国外移転）には載せていません。

9. 削除する方法

• タスクひとつを削除: その行を削除し、以前の保存版からも消します。
• 端末の記録すべて: 設定の「この端末の記録を削除」— この端末のタスク、打ちかけの文、以前の保存版、よけておいたファイル、アプリ内に残った書き出しのコピー、以前の会員番号を消します。設定とモドゥIDのログインはそのままです。アプリでは元に戻せません。消す前に「記録を書き出す」でファイルを作っておけます。または、アプリを削除します — この端末のタスクと設定が削除されます。
• ログアウト: 会員番号・表示名とログイントークンを消します。タスクはそのままです。
• 端末のバックアップ: アプリで削除した記録は、アプリから元に戻すことはできません。ただし、端末のバックアップ（AndroidのGoogleバックアップ・iPhoneのiCloudバックアップ）がオンで、削除する前にバックアップが作られていた場合、アプリを入れ直したり端末をそのバックアップから復元したりすると、削除した記録が戻ることがあります。削除した後に作られたバックアップには、削除した記録は含まれません。端末のバックアップは利用者ご自身のGoogle・Appleアカウントに暗号化して保存され、当社はそのバックアップにアクセスできません。端末のバックアップは端末の設定でオフにしたり削除したりできます — iPhone：設定 → Apple アカウント → iCloud → バックアップ → モドゥToDo をオフ・Android：設定 → Google → バックアップ（端末によってメニュー名が少し異なる場合があります）。
• 書き出したファイル: 利用者が送った先（ファイル、ドライブ、メールなど）で、利用者が削除します。
• アカウントにアップロードした記録: この版にはありません。
• モドゥID: モドゥIDの退会は、アプリの設定のモドゥIDの欄、または https://modoo.io/user/withdraw で行います。モドゥのほかのアプリとも共通のアカウントです。退会しても、この端末のタスクは削除しません。
