자주 묻는 것

• 로그인해야 하나요?

  아니요. 로그인하지 않아도 모든 기능을 씁니다. 모두 ID 로그인은 설정에서 고를 수 있고, 로그인 · 로그아웃 · 탈퇴는 이 기기의 일기를 지우지 않습니다.

• 휴대폰을 바꾸면 일기는 어떻게 옮기나요?

  설정의 「기록 내보내기」로 파일을 만들어 원하는 곳(파일 · 드라이브 · 메일 등)에 두고, 새 휴대폰의 모두 일기에서 「기록 들이기」로 그 파일을 고르면 옮겨집니다. 이미 있는 일기는 지우지 않고 합칩니다. 내보낸 파일에는 일기가 그대로 들어 있고 암호가 없으니 둘 곳을 살펴 주세요.

• 앱을 지우면 일기는 어떻게 되나요?

  앱을 지우면 이 기기의 일기는 지워집니다. 기기 백업을 켜 두었다면 백업에 남은 일기는 다시 깔 때 돌아올 수 있습니다. 지우기 전에 「기록 내보내기」로 파일을 만들어 두세요.

• 광고나 결제가 있나요?

  결제 · 구독은 없습니다. 광고는 앱을 며칠 써 온 분께만, 30분 넘게 나갔다가 다시 열 때 하루 한 번 화면 전체 광고 한 장(Google 애드몹 앱 오픈)이 나옵니다. 처음 쓰는 동안 · 일기를 쓰는 중에는 나오지 않습니다.

• 기록을 지우고 싶어요.

  글 하나는 그날을 열어 글 옆의 메뉴에서 「지우기」로, 하루는 그날 쪽 맨 아래의 「이 날 지우기」로 지웁니다. 지운 바로 뒤에는 「되돌리기」로 돌아오고, 그 뒤에는 앱에서 되살릴 수 없습니다. 전부 지우려면 설정의 「이 앱 기록만 지우기」가 이 기기의 일기 · 태그 · 쓰던 글과 앱 안에 남은 내보낸 사본을 지웁니다(모두 ID는 그대로). 모두 ID를 지우려면 설정의 「모두 ID 탈퇴」에서 모두 ID 화면으로 갑니다. 이 앱은 일기를 서버에 두지 않습니다. 본체 안내: https://modoo.io/user/data/diary

• (Android) 날이 바뀌었는데 홈 화면 위젯이 그대로입니다.

  위젯은 설정의 「하루가 바뀌는 시각」에 새 날로 바뀌며, 기기가 쉬고 있으면 10분까지 늦을 수 있습니다. 앱을 열면 바로 맞습니다.

• (Android) 홈 화면 위젯이 비어 보이거나 멈췄습니다.

  앱을 강제로 종료하면 위젯이 비어 보이거나 멈출 수 있습니다 — 앱을 한 번 열면 돌아옵니다.

Frequently asked questions

• Do I have to sign in?

  No. Every feature works without signing in. Signing in with Modoo ID is an option in Settings, and signing in, signing out or deleting your account does not delete the diary on this device.

• How do I move my diary when I change phones?

  Use “Export records” in Settings to create a file and keep it wherever you like (Files, a drive, email and so on). Then, in Modoo Diary on the new phone, choose that file with “Import records”. Entries that are already there are not deleted; they are merged. The exported file contains your diary as it is and has no password, so take care where you keep it.

• What happens to my diary if I delete the app?

  If you delete the app, the diary on this device is deleted. If device backup is on, the diary left in the backup may come back when you reinstall the app. Before deleting the app, create a file with “Export records”.

• Are there ads or payments?

  There are no payments or subscriptions. For people who have used the app for a few days, one full-screen ad (a Google AdMob app open ad) appears once a day when you open the app again after being away for more than 30 minutes. It does not appear while you are new to the app or while you are writing an entry.

• I want to delete my records.

  To delete one entry, open that day and choose “Delete” from the menu next to the entry; to delete a whole day, use “Delete this day” at the bottom of that day's page. Right after deleting you can bring it back with “Undo”; after that it can no longer be restored in the app. To delete everything, “Delete this app's records only” in Settings deletes this device's diary, tags, drafts and the exported copy left inside the app (your Modoo ID stays). To delete your Modoo ID, go to the Modoo ID screen from “Delete Modoo ID account” in Settings. This app does not keep your diary on a server. Guide: https://modoo.io/user/data/diary#en

• (Android) The home screen widget still shows the previous day.

  The widget switches to the new day at "Day starts at" in Settings; it can be up to 10 minutes late while the phone is idle. Opening the app updates it right away.

• (Android) The home screen widget looks empty or has stopped.

  If you force-stop the app, the widget can look empty or stop updating — open the app once and it comes back.

よくあるご質問

• ログインは必要ですか？

  いいえ。ログインしなくてもすべての機能を使えます。モドゥIDでのログインは設定で選ぶことができ、ログイン、ログアウト、退会をしても、この端末の日記は削除されません。

• スマートフォンを替えるとき、日記はどう移しますか？

  設定の「記録を書き出す」でファイルを作り、好きな場所（ファイル、ドライブ、メールなど）に保存します。新しいスマートフォンのモドゥ日記で「記録を読み込む」からそのファイルを選ぶと移せます。すでにある日記は削除されず、統合されます。エクスポートしたファイルには日記がそのまま入っていて、パスワードがありません。保存する場所にご注意ください。

• アプリを削除すると日記はどうなりますか？

  アプリを削除すると、この端末の日記は削除されます。端末のバックアップがオンなら、バックアップに残った日記は、アプリを入れ直したときに戻ることがあります。削除する前に「記録を書き出す」でファイルを作っておいてください。

• 広告や課金はありますか？

  課金・サブスクリプションはありません。広告は、数日使っている方にだけ、30分を超えて離れたあとにもう一度開いたとき、一日一回、画面全体の広告が1枚（Google AdMob のアプリ起動時広告）表示されます。使い始めのうちや、日記を書いている間は表示されません。

• 記録を削除したいです。

  記事ひとつは、その日を開いて記事の横のメニューから「削除」で、一日分はその日のページのいちばん下の「この日を削除」で削除します。削除した直後は「元に戻す」で戻せますが、その後はアプリでは復元できません。すべて削除するには、設定の「このアプリの記録だけ削除」が、この端末の日記、タグ、書きかけの文、アプリ内に残ったエクスポートのコピーを削除します（モドゥIDはそのままです）。モドゥIDを削除するには、設定の「モドゥIDを退会」からモドゥIDの画面に進みます。このアプリは日記をサーバーに保存しません。ご案内: https://modoo.io/user/data/diary#ja

• (Android) 日付が変わったのに、ホーム画面のウィジェットがそのままです。

  ウィジェットは設定の「一日の切り替え時刻」に新しい日へ切り替わります。端末が休んでいると最大10分遅れることがあります。アプリを開くとすぐ合います。

• (Android) ホーム画面のウィジェットが空に見える、または止まっています。

  アプリを強制停止すると、ウィジェットが空に見えたり止まったりすることがあります。アプリを一度開くと戻ります。
