자주 묻는 것

• 로그인해야 하나요?

  아니요. 로그인하지 않아도 모든 기능을 써요. 모두 ID 로그인은 고를 수 있어요.

• 기록은 어디에 있나요?

  이 기기에 저장돼요. 기기 백업을 켜 두었다면 그 백업에도 실려요. 책 · 메모를 우리 서버로 보내지 않아요. 설정의 「내 파일로 내보내기」 단추로 내 파일을 만들 수 있어요.

• 폰을 바꾸면 기록은요?

  옛 폰에서 「내 파일로 내보내기」 단추로 파일을 만들고, 새 폰에서 「모두 책장에서 내보낸 파일 가져오기」 단추를 누르세요. 없는 책만 더하고, 있는 책은 바꾸지 않아요. 표지 사진은 내보낸 파일에 실리지 않아요.

• 쓰던 메모가 사라질까 걱정돼요

  쓴 것이 있으면 닫기 전에 물어요. 앱이 꺼져도 다음에 메모 칸의 「이어 쓰기」 단추로 되살려요.

• 기록을 지우고 싶어요

  설정의 「이 기기의 기록 지우기」 단추로 이 기기의 책 · 메모 · 표지 사진을 지워요. 지우기 전에 만든 기기 백업이 있으면 앱을 다시 깔 때 그 기록이 돌아올 수 있어요. 설정과 모두 ID 로그인은 그대로예요.

• (Android) 위젯이 멈췄어요

  앱을 강제로 종료하면 위젯이 비어 보이거나 멈출 수 있어요. 앱을 한 번 열면 돌아와요. 위젯의 진도는 앱에서 기록할 때 바뀌어요.

Frequently asked questions

• Do I need to sign in?

  No. Every feature works without signing in. Signing in with Modoo ID is optional.

• Where are my records?

  On this device — and in your device backup, if it is on. Books and notes are not sent to our servers. The “Export to a file” button in Settings makes your own file.

• What happens when I change phones?

  On the old phone, make a file with the “Export to a file” button; on the new phone, tap “Import a file exported from Modoo Shelf”. Only books that aren't there yet are added; books already there stay as they are. Cover photos aren't included in exported files.

• Will I lose a note I'm writing?

  If you've written something, the app asks before closing. Even if the app is closed, the “Continue” button in Notes brings it back.

• I want to delete my records

  The “Erase records on this device” button in Settings removes books, notes and cover photos from this device. If a device backup was made before erasing, the records may come back when you reinstall the app. Settings and your Modoo ID sign-in stay.

• (Android) The widget stopped updating

  If the app is force-stopped, the widget may go blank or stop updating. Open the app once and it comes back. The progress on the widget changes when you record your reading in the app.

よくあるご質問

• ログインは必要ですか？

  いいえ。ログインしなくてもすべての機能を使えます。モドゥIDのログインは任意です。

• 記録はどこにありますか？

  この端末に保存され、端末のバックアップがオンなら、そこにも入ります。本・メモを私たちのサーバーには送りません。設定の「ファイルに書き出す」ボタンで自分のファイルを作れます。

• 機種変更したら記録は？

  古い端末で「ファイルに書き出す」ボタンでファイルを作り、新しい端末で「モドゥ本棚から書き出したファイルを読み込む」ボタンを押してください。ない本だけを足し、ある本は変えません。表紙の写真は書き出したファイルに含まれません。

• 書きかけのメモが消えないか心配です

  書いた内容があれば閉じる前に確認します。アプリが終了しても、次にメモ欄の「続きを書く」ボタンで元に戻せます。

• 記録を消したいです

  設定の「この端末の記録を消す」ボタンで、この端末の本・メモ・表紙の写真を消します。削除する前に作られた端末のバックアップがあれば、アプリを入れ直したときにその記録が戻ることがあります。設定とモドゥIDのログインはそのままです。

• （Android）ウィジェットが止まりました

  アプリを強制終了すると、ウィジェットが空になったり止まったりすることがあります。アプリを一度開くと戻ります。ウィジェットの進み具合は、アプリで記録したときに変わります。
